Dutch Bros Coffee

One of many franchise locations. What makes this one different are the friendly staff members, and great customer service experience. They interact with their customers while they wait on their order. The music playing helps the time pass by. They even support our first responders as well as other great causes.

First time here and I'm glad we choose this place for our caffeine fix! The staff was super friendly and very helpful when we weren't quite sure what we wanted.

They were a tad busy, but someone came outside with a tablet to take orders for those cars waiting in line. I thought that was pretty cool! The line shortened pretty quickly after that. Impressive!

So apparently it isn't safe to take my order standing at the walk up window, but its safe for me to walk in between the cars in the drive thru and place my order standing at the drive thru window

The servers here are super friendly! I was barely awake and really needed my morning caffeine, yet they still were engaging and extremely polite. They directed traffic well and the coffee was wonderful and service was prompt.
Thank you for having such well trained staff.
P.S. They have my dog a biscuit with whipped cream on it. He was on cloud 9!

Last night I came by with my daughter and was really disappointed by how I was treated at the window. The girl who took my order curbside was incredibly kind but when it came to the people in the stand they were extremely rude.

Enjoyed my OG Gummy bear (special menu) and grandma had a hot cocoa that she finished before we hit highway. She said it was delicious because it was made with chocolate milk and whip cream

I am vegan and have been going to dutch bros for years. I usually order a freeze with almond milk.. no one ever told me the freeze mix has dairy products in it. After doing research online, I realized this. And now I figured out I can order a carburetor which does not have the mix in it and is still frozen blended. Looking online the "salted caramel" is vegan and it is good mixed with vanilla. But I would highly suggest putting up a vegan menu or communicating with customers that freezes are NOT dairy free when ordering something with dairy free alternatives.

The drinks are amazing!! I have never received a bad drink. All of the barista’s are so friendly, they know what I drink and will have it already made when I walk up to the window. They always ask me how I am doing. I only go to Dutch Bros.

Not our normal Dutch and won’t stop again.. had to repeat our order several times to the guy not only to get it wrong plus the sizes. When my husband showed his military if for his military I’d for his hero discount, guy took a look at and was like is that for your birthday or what. Just the customer service this experience was just off from the beginning. When we got to the actual window took them 20 mins to make our drinks and she even repeated our drinks to us and we said yes. 20 mins later we got them wrong sizes and tasted horribly. 4 drinks and spending 24 dollars would hope that they would be right. But no offer to correct the drinks or anything.. worst experience ever.. and I’ll stick to my Keizer Dutch!!!

Not impressed with this location they don't have a large enough driveway to handle the rushes they get and they are so slow. They kept making mistakes so it took longer. Not happy with this location hopefully I don't have to come back.
