Great drinks and amazing customer service every single time I go. Their music is a tad too loud so sometimes it's hard to hear their questions but every staff members customer service is always on point. Best coffee chain in my humble opinion.

Like a little Oasis in the middle of a highway desert, this place is right off the I-5 in Woodburn and was just what I needed to get a little caffeine-up, for the rest of my hour plus motorcycle ride home! š¤š¤© THANKS Dutch Bros!

The staff were all 5 stars, and this location is fine. The only reason we went here at all is because it's the only place in the area that serves white coffee. Otherwise, we maintain our boycott against Travis Boersma. We're of Native decent and helped the brothers build their fortune with our loyalty to their product, and now, they want to take that money and rob our people in Grants Pass? No. It is an insult. Furthermore, rather than be respectful and back away when he found out he was interfering in Native business, he pushed the DOJ and Oregon Racing Commission into having to deny him licensure because being Oregon's newest billionaire wasn't enough. This area needs a good drive thru stand that sells white coffee so that when we're down here visiting family, we don't have to purchase from someone who neither respects our culture nor the fact that he has interfered in something that was supposed to be a way wypipo made reparations to Native folks.
EDIT REPLYING TO COMPANY'S RESPONSE: This is not something your customer service team can resolve. The *only* right answer to make my reviews about this go away is for Mr. Boersma to respect the Tribes and close down that entire gambling house now. He had a chance to keep my business and maintain high reviews when the Tribes first approached him about it. He blew that and pushed that too far because he felt entitled to it like most wypipo do. Nope. I'm going to continue blasting him about the patently disrespectful thing he's done and how he lacks appropriate remorse about it.

If I could, I would give 5k stars. I am NEVER let down. I want to adopt all these kids that work there. To the moms,dad, grams,gramps, brothers and sisters congratulations to raising these folks with the skills!!!!!! It takes a special kind of personality to work with the public. The hiring managers are spot on!!! You would NEVER know if they are having a bad day, they are more concerned with what we have going on in our day....shout out to them and let them know we appreciate them. Oh, yea...tip your server!!! They "pool" their tips... for some this is grocery money or a car payment, or even their Sallie May payment!!!!!
