Baristas were awful, and service was extremely slow. Ordered two of the same drink and they weren't even remotely the same. The young girl taking our order was very rude, and we didn't want to have to deal with her again to get correct drinks. First time we've ever had bad service at this coffee hut. Very disappointed

Good stop as we rode up the 101–a nice change-up from the ubiquitous Starbucks franchisees...

Awesome coffee and great customer service. They always greet me with a smile. Had the chicken bacon ranch wrap. That was very disappointing. It had chunks of dark meat and tasted like it was canned. The price was good and they have set the bar for all the other places around.

My coffee was great and the young ladies were very nice!!!

They had a wide selection of sugar free syrup as well as alternative milk. Loved the SF cinnamon brown sugar oat milk lattes!

I love this place. It has great coffee drinks, shakes, frappes and so much more. You must try the Maple or Zebra Bars, they are truly the best.

Love their Fog Lifter in a frappe with extra shots of cold brew. My husband has the Albino Gorilla in frappe with shots of cold brew. An Albino Gorilla is a White Chocolate and Banana Mocha. Believe it or not.. very tasty if you like banana. Bought one of their masks for $5.00. /Thick yet breathable. I recommend them for a mask purchase. This will forever be one of my favorite coffee stands. Creative and delicious.

My tea was alright, but I had to pour it in a different cup to enjoy it. The person working there (or maybe it’s a fragrance used inside the hut) wore an overwhelmingly strong fragrance and the scent lingered on the lid and the entire cup.

UPDATE 1/13/2021 : Visited the stand this morning and as I stated the last time I went to this stand (the last review), they like to tip themselves. I ordered 3 drinks, two kid and a 16oz RedBull. I asked for my receipt because after handing over my card, I looked at the menu prices knowing I was overcharged. When I asked for the receipt, she goes “ummmm yeah” The same lady I ordered from, rang me up and coincidentally over charged me .75¢. I ordered from her, and that’s literally her job, she should know the prices of her stand. They gave me the .75¢ in quarters back and said “it looks like we overcharged your card .75¢ so there’s 3 quarters back”. The change isn’t a big deal, the deal is this happened the last TWO times in a row that I went to this stand. I’m sure they’re getting quite the stack of money at the end of the day from over charging people. NOT OKAY.

She never remembers the simple coffee I order. I have to repeat it multiple times. I’ve had much better tasting coffee, but because the one I usually go to has limited hours, I go here when they’re closed and I really want a coffee. My drink was $4 even and she took my $1 change and without even asking put it in the tip jar. When I looked at her weird, she goes “oh, do you want it back?” Very impolite. If I return, I won’t use cash. It’s not that I don’t tip, its that good customer service = tip. You also HAVE to ask for a punch card, no courtesy “do you have a punch card I can punch for you today?” No chit chat. No polite conversation. And it’s like that EVERY time I come here and the gal with the short blonde hair is working. Unfortunately I haven’t ran across another employee working the window. Maybe being a barista for 5 years made me a bit more particular but bad customer service doesn’t make returning customers.
