Good coffee but staff wasn't exactly friendly. A worker totally avoided eye contact and the cashier dished out sass as we placed our order. The barista seemed to be the only one with manners.

5 stars across the board! The lattes are amazing, the ambiance is charming, and the people behind the counter are awesome! Definitely coming back whenever I’m in the area.

Better than Starbucks and they have great options in natural foods like smoothies etc

I wanted to give this smaller business a try. Staff were friendly but one drink of the chai I ordered & I wanted to vomit. Something was sour & tasted rancid. Stick to Starbucks.

Brewed Awakenings in the Sunriver Village is so good! The team that works here is so friendly and makes you smile. The drinks & snacks are made quickly, the atmosphere is awesome, and it's just so beautiful inside!

Atmosphere is on point accompanied by delicious, flavorful coffee. Get a brew and post up at the bar seating for good people watching!

Showed up at 6:01 this evening. I even checked my phone for the time. OPEN sign was on. Lights were all on. Door was unlocked. We walked in after driving with our 4 year old from Bend for cocoa and were simply told by the lady “I am closed now”. We informed her the Open sign was on and she just nodded slightly. Then we asked her where else we could get cocoa for our daughter and she said our best bet was the grocery store. I’m no longer a barista but even if she was closed by 1 minute she could have made some hot water and cocoa. Thats just horrid customer service. I won’t be back.

Good, quick service. The cafe's staff is nice enough and the atmosphere is great. The only downside to this place is that it's very popular in the winter, and seating sometimes gets filled up.
