I have been going to this coffee shop since the day it opened. Best tasting coffee in sunriver hands down. Their breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches, in fact ALL the food and goodies are amazing. The customer service here is awesome and unless you are visiting they remember your name. It's like the cheers of coffee houses. Thank you Brewed Awakenings for never disappointing a very happy and loyal customer!!!

Met friends for coffee. Had muffins, sausage-egg sandwich. Lattes and Chai. BTW, Smith's Chai the very best!
This place has high style rustic decor, great beverages and their customer service is spot on! 👌

Some of the best coffee we had in Central Oregon. Smoothies, Coffee Coolers, Hot Coffee, Breakfast Sandwiches, Pastries,...Phenomenal!!!
There wasn't one thing we weren't thoroughly impressed with, in all four days here!!!
Highly recommend!!!

really good coffee in multiple flavors, with great options for all types of weather. it had a drive through, but the inside is super quaint.

Nice spot. Delicious Americanos. Feedback: online/ mobile pre-order would be nice.

Absolutely incredible shop, a reprieve from "just good enough" shops. I ordered two coffees just for myself. A little slice of luxury. Epic. Delicious. Friendly.

Disappointing experience this morning at Brewed Awakenings in Sunriver!

Disclaimer: The gals on shift were friendly and appeared to be working hard. I had good memories of visiting this coffeeshop a year or two ago, which is why I chose it over several other options at Sunriver.

Issue #1: THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK

I arrived expecting to stay for a couple hours to work. While the wifi password was clearly displayed on a chalkboard, after ordering my drink, I was unable to connect on my laptop or phone. I asked the staff to reset the router, which they did with some hesitation: "I *think* I can do that!" She told me it would take 7 minutes to reboot. While I waited, I overheard them discussing how much the "wifi is so bad here."

As a business owner, if you *know* the wifi is so bad, why don't you:

A) Instruct your baristas to tell customers that the wifi is unreliable before they spend money on a drink and get comfortable? It is misleading to withhold this information, not to mention develops poor brand loyalty

B) Get better wifi. It's screaming fast at the house we're renting here in Sunriver.

Issue #2: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

In addition, I forgot to give them my to-go cup immediately upon ordering, but intercepted them as they were beginning to make my drink. The drink I ordered was 16 oz, and I told them my cup was smaller. Therefore, I had overpaid, since they'd already rung me up. They did not say anything: No offer of a refund for the difference, nor a "good customer service" tactic, like say, a couple chocolate-covered coffee beans.

#3: BAD MASK USAGE BY STAFF

Finally, while two of the three team members were wearing masks, the third had hers around her neck. While I was there, a friend of hers arrived, and walked *behind the bar* to say hello, wearing no mask.

Essentially, I paid $7 to wait for the internet to work (which never happened), was exposed to the very staff who work there, and then left.

Brewed Awakenings—It's time to wake up to what's happening at your establishment.

Great coffee. Great food. Great space. Horrible 70s power ballads blasting on the speakers. Grab an iced coffee and sit outside in the sun away from the music.

Update. Went by again, and the music was quite pleasant. I also got a fantastic breakfast quiche.

Notable they have a line out the door, the competition (SB) almost text door doesn't. Great coffee and the hazelnut chocolate chip scone was outstanding.

Yuuuummm! Excellent, quick service and amazing coffee. Really enjoyed the Black Forest Mocha!
