Friendly service. On a Saturday afternoon, it was about 40 minutes between walking in the place and walking out with our two drinks. They were super busy, which is fantastic. Popular with the teenager and younger crowd.

I appreciate their non-dairy options and ability to adjust ice and sweetness levels. I personally prefer a slightly more steeped milk tea and the #4 option (classic milk tea) looked a bit different in real life than in their sign picture.

Still, I appreciate a location for bubble tea in Seaside and am excited to watch them grow!

Delicious and unique treats! I had the oolong milk tea with brown sugar boba, and the bubble waffle sundae with strawberries, which was a very special and scrumptious treat! I got to speak with the owner, who was very friendly, and this dessert is his own unique creation. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else!

Best boba tea and other creations on the coast. Owners are true certified experts in tea with formal education overseas. They are very consistent with the product they put out and it is the owners who run the day to day operation. Wonderful people and fantastic flavors in a fun atmosphere. My wife is hooked on the #4 Roast Oolong Milk Tea with brown sugar bobas. I've tried several blended smoothies and each one is a quality refresher, especially #19 Guava passion fruit orange with bursting boba. Soo good. #18 is great too. Will return this summer to get more options. Mark and his beautiful wife are truly tea artists!

Was so happy to see this spot and really enjoyed the drinks. I even came back before leaving town. The milk teas and smoothies were really great. Not too sweet and really constructed. The boba was a good texture. Would love to try thr bubble waffles in the future! Will definitely be back next time I'm at the coast

Such a special treat! One of the best blended tea drinks I've had! The taro with sea salt foam was fabulous- definitely coming again!

Love this place! Every time I go on vacation here I always stop to get something. They have recently added new cups and straws that are reusable as well! I got the watermelon milk tea with strawberry lychee! Keep up the good work Tea Artist!

This place is fantastic. The decor is super cute and would make for great pics. The owners are super nice and the drinks are delicious. The bubble waffle is a must have! The macarons were super delicious as well, very soft. Can't wait to go back!

Stopped by during the week and we waited less than 5 minutes for two drinks and three scoops of ice cream for the kids. We were greeted with very friendly service. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the rest of the local shops in Seaside. We definitely recommend this local shop 👍🏻

One of the best bubble teas I’ve ever tried! The guy at the counter was so knowledgeable and helped us to pick a drink we were looking for. Great variety of flavors and types of bubble tea. Highly recommend!

Owner Mark and Owner/Founder Na Yin definitely outdid themselves! From the decor and overall environment of the shop, to the drinks and customer service are all amazing. Na Yin is actually a certified tea artist and it shows in ALL of their drinks. The milk tea is MUST with the brown sugar boba!
