Terrible customer service.. OVERPRICED

We ordered 4 drinks...1st one was burnt tasting, so we asked them to remake it.. Got an attitude from barist and she complained telling us she pulled shots at 18 seconds and stormed off ..Had to refund our money as she Didnt even want to re make it better.. She just told her coworker to refund our money without even trying to remake it better...
DONT LIKE THE ATTITUDE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE !!!

Went to Pacif Pearl Coffee just a few doirs down....Much Better Service & Coffee

LOVE this place! The food and coffee is great! Their White Rocket drink is amazing and the staff is lovely every time we visit.

Better than the hotel coffee, Starbucks would be a better choice, & I don't like Starbucks. They are skimping on either their coffee quality, or their grounds to water ratio for drip coffee, and my wife's disert drink was mostly syrup and cream.

Lady at the counter was very friendly, good strong fresh coffee. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

They must take advantage of tourists by over charging for drinks that are 7/8 foam and calling it "Beach style" or something. I was pretty sure my cup was empty after I picked it up but opened it to find a cup full of foam. When I took it back and asked for another, the lady rolled her eyes and scoffed at me like I was an idiot who didn't know what a cappuccino is. No, this is NOT how cappuccinos are supposed to be! Not at the beach, not anywhere!

Fantastic drinks at perfectly reasonable prices. All the baristas are friendly and eager to help you make a decision.

The coffee is okay but all the people that work there are so rude and disrespectful to all costumers...don't feel comfortable there and would not go again.

A staple! Close to the beach, friendly staff, and the atmosphere makes you want to stay and chat while enjoying your drinks.

Best banana bread I have ever had! The cashier wasnt super friendly but then again I think i'm used to very perky baristas, very cute decor and location.

Coffee is good but don't bother with the 20 oz size. Ordered a chai twice and it was about 60/40 liquid to foam. Not worth the $7.
