Peet's Coffee

If you need a quick mocha or a pound of beans in a hurry, this place is great. They are quick, knowledgeable, and sell quality stuff. The beans in the back are awesome if you don't want or need the very expensive stuff.

Nice people working here, good coffee and pastry. Not many food options, but better quality than Starbucks and the coffee doesn't have that burnt taste. Good location and not many homeless around but still some.

Tina is Completely rude and has horrible customer service skills. I work across the street and used to always recommend this place to my customers but after today I no longer will. I was sitting and reading a news article on my phone this morning when a lady came up to me and publicly asked me to leave if I wasn't going to purchase something. I have been buying coffee from these people for years and have most likely have given them quite a few customers. Well for now please go to one of the other 50 coffee shops downtown and avoid this place. And just to show her I might have bought a coffee I walked down to the worst of all coffee shops Starbucks and bought a over price large coffee to show off as I walked back passed the shop.

I have never had a worse experience at a coffee shop, and I work at one. I’m visiting Portland with my sister, while walking around downtown we figured we would go get coffee. The shop was empty as was the rest of downtown. Both workers were extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked which retail stores were open and got a very rude response and then was asked to step back for no reason. Let’s just say I’m never going back to this location. I am very upset with the service I had received

Visiting Portland from the Midwest and I absolutely love this coffee. The staff has been fantastic each morning. Please bring this wonderful place to the Midwest, specifically WI. It would definitely be a success.

I didn’t realize this place was exactly like Starbucks food / drink wise- just a heads up!The people were very friendly and super fast. Much nicer than the Starbucks staff usually is too

Same price as starbucks but much tastier. To the point that you'll avoid them altogether. Much more relaxing and comfortable inside as well. $2.80 for a large coffee.

Great place for a nice cup of tea and a pastry. Lots of space and comfy seating. Can get crowded because of its location and the fact it's not Star*****, but the crew is efficient, so the wait isn't that bad.

Customer and the employees looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there. I've never been judged by alternative homeless people before. I didn't know I had to look like I a well to do person to buy coffee here. I still like Peet's Coffee, I'll just buy it at the grocery store. If you believe in God, you would know coffee is for everybody, not just white people. Sorry my skin color threw some of you off. Lol..

My favorite coffee shop! This location is always clean, and staff are so kind. I love this place so much that I’m here almost everyday for lunch.
