Nossa Familia Coffee

This place can often have that 'we're too cool for you because we're hipster' vibe, but the coffee is pretty damn good, I must say. Except that time I got an almond milk vanilla latte, which SOUNDED good, but just tasted weird. Their normal lattes, however, are delicious.

Small little shop in the pearl - not much seating, but great for grab and go or just walking around in the Pearl. Plus I like that they participate in local things like the Portland bike community, savor the Pearl, and more!

Super nice staff. Small shop with nice outdoor seating. Coffee is good, comparable to most specialty coffee shops.

The fogo mocha is fire! It’s complex and dark and amazing.

Don’t go for the iced!

After enjoying a lot of great ice coffee in Portland, I was hugely disappointed in Nossa’s iced coffee. It’s hot coffee that they make cold, so it tastes sharp and acidic.

Their good reviews make me assume that the other stuff they serve is probably great, but the only thing I can attest to is that iced coffee is not included in that. I threw it away after a few sips.

By far my favorite coffee shop in the Pearl! Been going here for years and the coffee is delicious. Everybody that works there is super cool and they genuinely care about how you are doing. 10/10 !

they roast pack and ship in most of this old one story warehouse. the storefront serves all the expected versions of coffee along with pastries, whole beans, and coffee paraphernalia. Populated by the usual suspects and almost always an opportunity to eavesdrop on a next table conversation outside. coffee is good if unremarkable. the staff is always friendly. great views of a hole being filled by another apt building b

Brilliant coffee! Super friendly service and delicious, fair trade coffee. Discounts for bringing your own mug and a free mug library if you forget. If you like your lattes hot though, make sure to ask. Otherwise they're lukewarm.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. you can see the entire operation while ordering your espresso. I had an Americano it was excellent. I highly recommend this to any coffee fanatics. It is a very small area for customers as their main business is wholesale B2B. But just to see the place is worth the trip. The Evolved Ideas team had a great start to a team meeting here.

I love this cafe! i Like the plants all around and the modern design, and the staff knows so much and was helpful with vegan options. Also everything I hear about their sustainable practices really excites me! I definitely want to spend more time on their patio with my doggo 😎
