Keeper Coffee is a delightful neighborhood coffee spot. They have all the basics: indoor and outdoor seating, wifi, pastries, and a cute interior. They make all the different permutations of coffee, from lattes to cortados, as well as chai and some teas, and have the most common milk variations. The coffee itself is good and ranks above Starbucks and Dutchbros but below specialty coffee shops, solidly above average. The staff is nice and knows how to pull an espresso and their pastry cabinet is a delight, I highly recommend grabbing something out of there. There's almost always a short line, so expect a 5 minutes wait (a testament to its local popularity).
Bonus: there is a decent bar next door and a mead bar down stairs, should you desire extra refreshment.
Covid-wise, the staff are masked, and expect to wear a mask when not eating or drinking. The seating is reasonably well spaced. They do not check vaccine cards.

Super cute little coffee shop
The treats are delicious! We shared a lemon tart with edible flowers. House made chocolate for the mocha. Friendly staff. We’ll be back

Newly opened during the pandemic and it's already thriving. Staff are wonderful and very open to conversation is you are personable. Try the brownie they bake in house, delicious. Solid espresso as well, lot's of knowledge and experience in the staff.

People want a calm space that's uncluttered, free of distraction, but with just enough decor to feel welcoming. That's what Keeper Coffee offers to those who stop by for a sip or a bite. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The environment is relaxed. And my iced chai latte met me right where I was at.

Keeper coffee is an awesome new coffee shop and has some of the most delicious pastries I’ve ever had . Their coffee is really done well too (love that they carry coava!) it’s a really fun to go and shop around the vintage clothing Store with your latte. I love that it’s female owned and I’m super excited to visit them again next time I’m in Portland !!

Very cute aesthetics, with indoor and outdoor seating. Even the covid 6 ft waiting spaces are clever - they say “you are 6 ft closer to your drinks” or something similar.
They sell Aesthete loose tea (I had the love potion and recommend it); Coava coffee (maple latte FTW) and house made baked goods. All looked good - I ordered a chocolate walnut cookie that’s also gluten-free and dairy-free - it was good! I ate it all for breakfast. :)
I will be back to try more baked goods like the quiche and sticky pie. Most are $4-5 / pastry.

My favorite coffee place in town. Plus you can’t go wrong with any of their baked goods.
