I got my hot latte breve from there today
It was cold and lacks the appropriate amount of shots
So disappointed to spend $6 for nothing

The food and drinks are amazing and the service is great, Definitely one of my favorite places to go

Just a coffee, which was good and service was exceptional just a bit noisey from loud talkers

So excited that this opened up here! The espresso is excellent - some of the best I’ve had. So far I’ve tried their coffee cake with hazelnuts (delicious as well), and the employees all seem so helpful and kind. I’m looking forward to being a regular!

I tried so hard to love this place after being told the owner really knows his coffee. That may be true but they have no idea how a business operates. I have waited over 25 minutes on separate occasions for two drinks. Staff was not even friendly or apologetic. Will never be back

Ordered from here twice via DoorDash, one never got accepted and cancelled after a very long wait. Second one was pending a long time and I called, they had already prepared the food and it was just sitting there until I called. They then accepted the order and informed me that the main meal I ordered wasn't made because the kitchen closes earlier than the order was made. They thought a generic apology, a partial refund and sending a driver with cold food that's been sitting around was sufficient. Terrible service! Had to get refund through calling DoorDash

Quit whining that terrible starbucks was yoinked - there's literally two down the road karen, and if you need a min wage teen to validate you - perhaps qualified therapist, not coffee, is what you're needing. Unlike sbux, coffee isn't burned beans and sugar served with mega factory produced 'pastry' sold a'la vending machine style in sealed packages that were flown in from Detroit last week. Fresh baked, local, no plastic required. Personally, I prefer calm, professional staff that don't demand my name and how my day is going - and with one exception, I would say all the staff are friendly, just not obnoxious about it. I'd give them the last star were it not for that one employee who is always on her phone/insta

Great service and really helpful staff. They would make your beverage into your own coffee cup. My latte was a bit bitter for my taste.
If you like this place, don't forget to ask them about their regular customer rewards program.

We have frequented the new location many times in the last couple of weeks since it opened. I just took my 85 year old father in for some coffee. They said they were out and wouldn’t make a pot because they were going to close in 14 minutes. Both my father and I wanted large coffees and some pastries. We tried to get them to make some coffee since it is a coffee shop, but they refused. We will never frequent them again. Horrible service.
