Wow! I was driving through Medford and searched for best healthy breakfast in Medford Oregon and found this unique find. You've got to drop by this place. My father had the red white and blue bowl and it was absolutely spectacular. I had the steel cut oats blueberry and Chia seeds with some Help milk in it also delivered in a big way. And then as small worlds have it Dave's son Andrew graduated from the same school in Colorado that my daughter did. We had a great conversation and Dave and Autumn were really incredible hosts.

This place is pretty expensive, but everything I’ve gotten there has been worth it. Our favorite is the peanut butter protein blast and you can add things to it, like Nutella. Definitely give it a try!

Power bowls make the healthiest lunch around. Their coffee is very smooth and rich. Plus you can choose milk alternatives like soy, almond milk and hemp for free

Got custom smoothie to help my Mom eat in the hospital . They were great giving nutritional advice even gave me a discount . Hearts of gold , they beat the smoothie joints back here in Ann Arbor Michigan hands down . God bless them .
