I discovered this place a month ago and I’ve been frequenting it on the regular. First off, the staff are wonderful. They are all very unique and welcoming personalities. I’ve tried a few different things from the menu. My favourite is the Blueberry Bowl with gluten free granola. So delicious and nutritious. Highly recommend supporting this place and enjoying the good vibes :)

Ordered a Grizzly Bowl but was served mold instead. None of the employees seemed very worried that they had served me mold and didn't their fruit or clean anything, but they did kindly give me a refund for the bowl. I worry about their food safety, so I don't think I'll be coming back. So bummed! Was very excited for quick and healthy food.

Every employee that works there is so friendly and sweet. They brighten your day with a warm smile every time. Coffee is amazing and power bowls are always fantastic. 🤩

My favorite coffee stand! Everything is made to order from green juices to organic coffee. The bowls and smoothies are amazing too! The staff are extra special, always friendly with smiles on their faces.

Spin is absolutely so delicious and healthy. The workers there are so incredibly nice and have amazing customer service, and always greet me with a smile. I love going by and getting a grizzly bowl, it’s always made beautifully and taste great.

I love getting bowls and fresh juice from here. I’m new in the area for work and this is my go-to spot now however I do prefer to get less granola in my bowls.

The service is great and speedy. If you like grapefruit or just want something refreshing with a little bit of tartness, order the Pink Lady. The chia seeds are a great touch for a little added texture.

Lots of options, friendly service, a great typical smoothy shop to go. A bit spendy, around $10 for a drink, no sides or extras, but it tastes quite fresh.

I travel a lot for work and when I was in Medford, I found this place. I am so glad I did. I went everyday I was there and encountered a different associate each day. Every single associate is genuine and super friendly. The food and drink options are phenomenal too. I love it too because they open at 5am-- most places never open that early to get something healthy. Great for that person trying to stay fit on the go--like me! THANK YOU!

Friendly people and more healthy options than most places in town. It's a drive through so there is no atmosphere.
