Update 1/16: Visited again on a drive up from San Jose and Jaspers definitely did not disappoint. The waitress was exceptionally friendly, offered creative solutions to our meal choices. This time around they had some kangaroo in stock, so we tried that. The meat is a little drier and crumblier than typical beef, so I would pair it with something saucier in the future. The "Bleu Grit" burger did fine with the roo-meat itself, though!

Really delicious burgers! Lots of different exotic meat options as well. Prices are fair for what you get; about 11~13 for a rather large burger.

Cute place and the food was really good! Gluten free bun was available for my burger too!

This establishment used to be my favorite go to place for an excellent burger. However, the last couple of times have been disappointing. Either there isn't enough staffing to sit down to eat, or on our last visit the food was refrigerator cold. We ordered the chuckwagon burgers. Needless to say, I returned them.

Quite the nice setting, menu, and helpers. I never knew of Jasper's until today and I'm a local native, see what happens when you leave for a minute. Great time with my grandkids and ate well

Great place to go and eat! If you've ever wanted to try a different burger, and by different I mean exotic meats in combinations you haven't thought of, then this is the place for you!

Super small however the food was amazing. As was the service.

Food was great,service was lacking. Our side's didn't come until well after our burgers.We ordered at the same time as burgers.Drink refills came when we were leaving.It wasn't busy only one other couple. Our bill was 55.00$
I will try again , because the food is great and I have been coming here many years

I ordered the Western Burger with kangaroo meat, the sidewinder fries and a huckleberry shake. At first bite the flavor was so heavenly my soul left my damn body and my ghost came back to finish the Burger 🍔 😩

Don't expect to have a seat immediately. I've been there twice and it's always crowded because the food is so good. It's very small and they have outdoor seating as well. I recommend getting your meal to go so you don't have to wait for an open seat. The inconveniences of seating and wait time are well worth the food.

So good! Only downside was us deciding to go on such a cold and windy day! I got the yellowjacket and was expecting a little more spice but the flavor was still great.
