The cooks and servers are brilliant. Smiling and kind. My husband enjoyed the milkshake! He said he'll ask for a toasted bun for his burger next time. I could only eat half of my burger. That's probably because the fries are excellent! They are cut up potatoes in crazy forms and they bring a special sauce with them. So good.
The atmosphere is fun and we watched bag after bag for takeout. (Friday night)
This certainly curbed my husband's burger hankering.

Ordered a RoxyAnn and the Moab. Neither burger looked like the pictures posted here, not as much slaw, pulled pork or sauce. Consistency is hard to achieve and especially with high turnover. The meat quality however was outstanding! I think I've eaten so much In N' Out that I forgot what a real hamburger tastes like. They have so many great burgers but when we come again (and we will) I will just get a standard cheese burger because the meat is that good. The onion rings were great, got the small but should have ordered a large. Mixed staffing, some friendly and helpful others not so much. Seems like this should not be a sit down and order place but a walk up window you order from then pick up yourself. They would only need one person working on seating, wiping down tables etc. Save money for them, faster for everyone and no staffing issues. Milkshakes and hotdogs look good too.
The outside seating under the heaters is comfortable but there is lots of traffic noice from cars and trains. I would watch kids closely because the cars really speed past.

I don't have enough good words to say about this place. Not only was the burger (Lone Ranger with kangaroo) one of the best burgers I've had in a long time, the onion rings and sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy with a few sauces I wish I could take home in gallon form. More though was the staff, from the cooks to the servers, were freaking joy to be around. Absolutely phenomenal food experience! Will be back any and everytime I pass through Medford.

Creative new burger recipes that will blow your mind. The Lone Ranger burger has raspberry jam and cream cheese that go so well on the burger. Great fries too.

What you're looking at is a Kangaroo burger. It was very yummy, and nicely priced. If you're travels ever take you to Medford Oregon you need to stop in and try it. It's a gaming food place & they have elk, boar to name a few.

The food is dynamite! Burgers are loaded and juicy. The flavors are on point and the service was onpar. Such a gem and worth the drive.

Great food with an interesting twist! Milkshakes are fabulous. You can feed the family here without going broke.

Absolutely love this place! Jiffy burger is always a must and paired with the #5 IPA from ground breaker up in portland. Ummmm, yes please! Don't forget to check out on the wild meats they have!!
Kangaroo burgers anyone?!?

My brother brought me here along with some other family reporting it’s the best burger he’s ever had. We all left agreeing wholeheartedly! And as an added bonus, the service was outstanding highlighted by servers, Sophia and Sandy, cook Manny and the manager Allen. Super and attentive, accommodating for our group. We will definitely be back!

Best burger I've ever had in my life. Highly recommended, deserves 10/5. Frito pie was great also. Wanted to try the shakes but was to full. I'm sure they're great though. Everytime I'm in town I will be returning here. One last thing, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
