I was very impressed with this girl I think her name is Sydney.
She listened very carefully to my order and I got what I was looking for.
She gives the best customer service.
Everyone there have a great attitude they seem very happy and they work in a team.

Super friendly ladies and my smoothie was good! My only complaint was I wish they had asked if I had wanted the whip or not; I was only passing through, but back home, I always opted out since I'm lactose intolerant. This time, luckily, I could scoop most of it out for my pup.

I would still recommend it to any family or friends that pass through Madras, though!

So I originally posted a two-star review and what went wrong with my order. Somebody contacted me right away and made it right with a credit to my Human Bean app account. I commute between Bend and Cannon Beach once a week very early in the morning. The young lady that serves me between 530a and 630a on Tuesdays or Wednesdays is phenomenal. Don't have her name but great service and she remembers me. She deserves a raise immediately.

My go-to spot for delicious beverages. Very friendly service. The baristas always have great recommendations on what to try.

We ordered two chai latte with one shot of espresso (our favorite) and it was the WORST Chai latte we ever had.
Also one of the cups was broke so we decide just to throw it away.
I spent $10 dollars in nothing.
If you love chai latte and don’t want to have a disappointed morning please do not order this.

I love their energy drinks here. The staff is friendly. Also they are accommodating They come to your vehicle to take your order.

Just on the name Human Bean, first time trying out as we traveled thru the state. Barista was friendly and fun. She recommended getting the Espresso bean with our drinks which we all liked.

These people are so amazing, good coffee and great customer service!!!

Their cold brew has a very peculiar gross texture/taste
