I didn't even buy coffee because the lady running drive through was chatting fir 10-15 after the person got their oder. So I backed up and went somewhere else. These young kids don't know yes customers service is being nice but also saying I need to help the next person in line. That is not hard to do?

Slow slow slow.... oh, did I mention slow! Nothing wrong with the drink... other than it took 20 mins with 3 cars before me, and 5 or more employees inside working. If I hadn't got blocked in from the car behind me, I would have left. Nice girls working... they just need some pick me up... have a coffee or two!

I have gave this store too many "second chances" thinking I may have just been there during the wrong time. Once I waited for half an hour in the drive thru with 5 cars ahead of me. Someone had came out within 10 minutes of me pulling up to take everyone's orders, but yet they still managed to be very slow at handing everyone a single drink. They had 6 people working and no customers inside.
The second time I went in there it was so loud I had to yell to tell them my order. It was so loud I couldn't think. I went here to get coffee, not go to a club.

Coffee is good, Good service, I am still disappointed can't use my Dutch mugAnd I still can't get a stamp cardTheir only excuse is covidI I understand to a point but they're not making sense So I get my coffee at Dutch maybe once a month I go somewhere else

I am so disgusted at what I saw tonight. I am a long time dutch bro customer and I spend a lot of money daily!! I will NEVER go back to this location ever again.. first off there were 7 cars in line so we walked in.. the gal at the counter took our one small drink order and then proceeded to complain about not wanting to do any work tonight.. there were 6 people working and 2 were talking one was helping the drive thru and the gal that took our order started just chatting it up with another worker.. I said excuse me who is making our drink.. she said I guess I will!! Are you serious you guess? Two other workers were over by the sink and then went to the freeze machine and were looking at it possibly it wasn't working? I don't know but hello you had 7 cars in line and we ordered one drink and waited 16 minutes for it!!!!! Also I thought since the remodel you had one station to make drinks for walk in and the other was for drive thru? But they were only using the drive thru one??? With 6 workers? It was 830pm.. not closing time.. but everyone seemed to be either pre occupied about closing tasks or talking and NOT!!! The customer! It looks Great since the remodel but I doubt the owner intended it to be a hang out for the employees to just disregard the customer.. I was so mad when I finally got my small coffee I ordered I couldn't even speak or it wouldn't have been nice! Get a manager in there and hire people that want to WORK!!! You lost me and my family as customers tonight.. and from what I hear there are a lot of unhappy customers from this location. It's your job not social hour... when we finally left there were still 6 cars! In that time frame they helped one car and the one walk in before me.. not acceptable!!!

After, one of the baristas displayed an inappropriate attitude when made aware that one beverage should have been hot and not cold, the visit became unpleasant. The guy that took our order was totally chill, however.

Dutch Bros needs to get on board with food safety and get individually wrapped straws. It’s disgusting that employees handling money are grabbing straws with their dirty hands and putting them in cold beverages. They aren’t even careful about it either. I watched an employee literally touch every possible part of the straw before carelessly shoving it in my drink. Every other beverage business in the world has wrapped straws. I can’t be the only one disgusted by this.
Back to Starbucks.

Okay, first off, the staff deserves a HUGE award at this entire chain. They're unbelievably friendly and warm. It's kinda the Dutch Bros thing. They also have a fun selection of novelty drinks, which is always great. However, and I hope I don't get crucified by other northwesterners for this blasphemy, but...the coffee's a notch below "meh." It's noticeably sub-par. So, beware if you were hyped by the Dutch Bros Mafia, as they are affectionately known, because I imagine it won't be all that you expected.
Now excuse me while I make a sacrifice to the great god of the PNW, the Sasquatch, for my transgression

Bad business practices. We got to the line a minute before closing and there were cars in the line ahead of us. They told us they were closed and could not take our order even though we were already in the line. As a business owner myself I found this behavior very unprofessional as employees should finish serving all customers in the line before closing for the night.
