Dutch Broistas are always high energy friendly kids. Experience matters when it comes to drink prep. 9 in 10 visits the drinks are perfect -- then on the 10th you pull away before checking your drink and it's the wrong one. Be safe, check it before you pull out. Visit with the staff, they'll send you away with a smile.

Old staff was great new staff not so great. SLOW! Update: still slow as hell. Here's a tip for you stop talking to customers for 5 minutes after they get their drink

The picture is super blurry I apologize he was way too excited to see his whipped cream, but I'm so happy that the puppuccino isn't just for puppies. My cat is a big as Dutch bro whipped cream fan there is.

Would have given 5 stars but my drink was wrong. Tried to tell the two guys on shift but they insisted I was wrong.
I order the same drink every time I come so I know how my drink should look like and taste

A great locally owned Coffee Company, most of which are drive-thru only, but there are a few locations where you can actually go in, and have coffee in a cafe type of environment. There is one of those locations specifically on North West Burnside, at 21st place. It was formerly A Bank location, and has now been converted into a Dutch Brothers. The first time I went to a Dutch Brothers, it was on imbrie Drive in Hillsboro, and when I told the girl that the drink I was ordering was going to be my first coffee experience with them, she insisted on me having the drink for free as their welcome gift to me. I tipped her the same amount I would have basically paid for the coffee, I'm not sure if that's why they do that, but either way, I felt it was well deserved. I enjoyed the coffee, and I've enjoyed any coffee drinks or treats that I have gotten from them on occasion ever since. Enjoy!

Accused of cutting in line - we got to this Dutch Bros. when there were no cars waiting in line. Accidently passed the drive through, by the time I did a u-turn 2 cars were pulled up. A third card was about to pull up but at the intersection I had the right of way to turn left vs them going straight. When attendant came out, he said I cut. I told them what happened but still said they had to first attend the car behind us. So he went to the car behind us while we were still in line. We were super embarrassed and confused what to do. He then came back to our car after not taking their order for some reason . This soured up the moment so we left but very likely we won't be coming back to this location.

I'm pretty much happy about any of my Dutch Bros experiences, except in Eugene where they asked to see my ID before setting me up with the free birthday coffee deal a couple of years ago. Starbucks, go away. Oregon is Dutch Bros turf.

The absolute nicest coffee shop on the planet! I Seroiusly was just having that conversation the other day with a friend... "Other popular coffe shops in the area seem to hire only 'Abercrombie Snobbery' but Dutch is always soooo nice." Unfortunately In my area the closest shop's are NOT Dutch😩.
