Great service! Excellent dark roast! And a breakfast sausage bagel that their big competition doesn't offer.

The coffee is always great and the staff very kind, professional and down to earth. We always have a great experience with this establishment wherever we roam!

I love Human Bean! Glad they finally opened one in Springfield! Now wish they'd open another one in east Springfield. (Thurston area). Also love that they still give you an espresso bean!

At every location and no matter who is working the service is fast, welcoming and done correctly. When I've tried new drinks they always ask me to try it before I leave the line to ensure my satisfaction.

Went to grab a coffee for myself while waiting for a family member at the hospital in surgery as hospital coffee is gross. Some guy in a Green Bay Packers mask working the window had the mask barely covering his mouth and not his nose at all and dude literally coughed iver my coffee as he handed it to me. Even before the pandemic you don't cough on customers stuff. Gross. I am sure I could have asked for a new one but between half of them not wearing masks, that dude coughing and one girl you could hear sneezing in the back while being packed in a germ box together I just took it as a $5 loss and tossed it. Covid or no...don't germ up my order please. Especially right in front of me haha. Instantly regretted I already out cash in the tip jar.

Super fast and friendly staff, explained a few drinks I had questions about in a concise manner without making me feel rushed and I left with a yummy new-to-me drink and a smile! Made my day!

Excellent coffee, girl taking our order was blessedly helpful since I never know what to get.

I advise against the English muffin breakfast sandwich. The coffee was fine, except the chocolate covered espresso bean melted into my lid and then was just gooey and messy. The landscaping is notably stellar though.

My experience wasn't great, they miss heard my order and I had to park and walk up and collect it. But then I was only there once, they are probably great.
