The staff here is always great! I appreciate when they come out to the car and take your order and the line moves fast. I love to treat my co-workers and order 6 coffees at a time and they always get it 100% right. Thanks!

So far, my experiences here have been amazing. Their coffee is fabulous, the employees are friendly and they really hustle to fill orders in a timely fashion. The outdoor seating area is beautifully landscaped, feels very relaxing for a break when I'm out walking.

I just came in 5 mins to closing. I expected to have not the best drink made, an the service to be eh. But my drink is really good, an the attitude wasnt bad. I am happy to come here an NOT the west 11th one any day. Even when I'm closer to the other one I come here for the better service an drinks

I just went and got a small white chocolate mocha it tasted like a watery hot chocolate so I went back around and had it replaced with a Mexican mocha on the baristas suggestion since it's their "specialty" she told me it was like a white chocolate but with cinnamon... she was right it tasted just like the first coffee but with cinnamon

Deglected to update their holiday hours! I received multiple Doordash orders on Christmas to The Human Bean! Is it really that hard to tap on a tablet what your holiday hours are? It literally asks you ahead of time too! Thumbs down The Human Bean!

The oatmilk latte is fantastic! Thanks for info on non dairy products used as well. I'm super milk allergic and any dairy will incapacitate me. And stickers! Yeah I'm perpetually 5 years old!!

Asked for a Mexican mocha and got something that's tastes like a vanilla latte with a hint of mocha flavor. This has happened 3 times now. Last 2 times I asked for and got charged for extra flavor. Can't taste chocolate or the Mexican spices supposed to be in it. Paying $5.50 for a 16oz drink should be a good experience for that price.

Love the girls!! They’re always smiling, give the best customer service/experience and so friendly!! I am a frequent customer as they know. ;) Everytime I come by, it’s a warm welcome and love to actually talk to you and see what the best drink is for you that day. (I like to change it up.) Love the girls working in the mornings, they’re amazing!

Absolutely nothing like my coffee I get at other human beans, way over sweet I couldn't even drink it. Also my husband's chi tea was way under sweet. Would not recommend.
