Such a great experience. Customer service is impeccable. The brothers who own/work there are so nice! Yummy food too. I had a white chocolate and eggnog latte. It was so yummy!

Honestly, 1 star rating is an overstatement. I went to order the coffee and the man working (blond hair with a man bun) was being really rude. I had to wait for 10-15 minutes, and the coffee was TERRIBLE. I ordered a 24 oz Americano with no extra things and at dutch for a 24 oz americano its $2.50 so keep that in mind. The guy said it was $6.50 so I asked him why because Ive never paid that much for an americano in my life. While I was waiting for my coffee, I asked him about how many shots were in it because at first he said 4 and I only saw him make 2. He got really rude when i asked and gave me $1.20 back and said “I rang up the total wrong”. So i was like okay whatever, and then he put the coffee down and said “i owe you 1.25 more back”. At this point I was getting upset because the guy was obviously trying to scam me. When I tried the coffee I almost threw up because it tasted like straight syrup. I told the guy that I wasn’t trying to be rude but the drink was terrible for the amount of time I had to wait and asked for my money back. He got all rude and said that I “just came to cause trouble” and i “didn’t give a good enough reason for my money back”. Moral of the story- terrible coffee, too high of prices, and TERRIBLE customer service.

We got coffee here for the first time we waited patiently for 20 minutes there was nobody else here. Our coffees were absolutely disgusting there was thick black tar looking stuff 2 inches on the bottom they tasted nasty we dumped them out. I went to the coffee shop today to complain the slow guy that works there was yelling, and kept repeating that I didn't wait 20 minutes. I didn't care so much about the wait time as I did about the disgusting coffee. The other guy said since I was never coming back we were square. He also told me there were a lot of people like me who like to complain geez I wonder why. Never go to this coffee shop!!!!

I'm hooked back on coffee and this is my favorite place to get my fix.
I love the energy of the place as it's laid back and serene.
Depending on who's serving between the two brothers that work the window, the service time can be anywhere between moderate to slowish. I don't mind though as I value having a little reset break while waiting for some delicious coffee and contemplating my current state of mind and keeping it in check while refusing to be rushed by a busy and often impatient world. Sometimes we just need to force ourselves to gain some proper perspective.
Keep the Java and love flowing guys.

This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Eugene. Excellent coffee and smoothies. The real hidden gem this place offers is their food! Great variety of food and it's all wonderful. Best hot dog in town.

But let me tell you, THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I'm a coffeeholic, I have tried every place in Springfield and Eugene (among many other places). This place is practically perfect!
Mercin? (I'm horrible with names!), works the weekday mornings when I go, and he sets the bar high, and then jumps right over it!
I cannot remember his brother's name right now, it seems he works the weekends, to be fair, he isnt as good as his brother, but he does a decent job!

Great Coffee, Best food and coffee drive thru in Eugene and Springfield. Landscaping is uplifting and so is the coffee. Romanos is an inspiration5 stars

Just discovered this beautiful little gem a few months ago! Chocolate coffee is divine! Barista Russ takes great care in making my drink and is courteous and friendly! I’m hooked and look forward to my visits!

Strangest transaction I've ever had with another human being. I ordered a real fruit black berry smoothie and it doesn't taste like blackberries....its gross I won't even try to drink it. The guy working there barely said any words to me. When he wanted his pen back he just stuck out his hand and made a noise... so weird. How is this place still open?!

croissant was on the verge of burnt and it took almost 20 minutes with no one else in line to get a cheese croissant and one latte.
