I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible service and takes at-least 30 minutes for one drink. Super unprofessional and slow. Trust the bad reviews, they are all accurate.

Reply to review response: I am not fake I’m very much real. And I didn’t pay for my drink, I actually drove off and the man working UNPROFESSIONALLY chased me down to my car while I was parked at the stop sign (being a single girl by herself this was extremely off putting and scary). I am NEVER one to order something and not pay but this particular morning I had an appointment to get to and I could no longer wait (gave myself 30 extra minutes to get coffee and get to appointment), when I yelled for the worker he never came back out so I left, the second I pulled off this worker come busting out of the side door drink in hand yelling at me, he asked me to pay I said no sir I have to leave now, he yelled “don’t ever come back here then!” It was frustrating and scary all in one. The way you respond to reviews is also VERY telling about your business and the way it is ran. The other bad reviews are 100% my experience as well. And a good friend of mine I told about your place who lives close had a similar experience the other day at this place. She waited 45 min for food and drinks and had to ask a second time for her drinks when the food was brought out again, 45 min later. It’s a shame. Do better.

I just moved into the Barger area and wanted to try this place out as it was within walking distance. The two people in the stand were nice but the service was slow and when we got our coffee it tasted very dull so we asked for more sweetener but it still tasted like there was no chocolate in our drinks. Cute shop but sub-par coffee.

Slow and disjointed service. Paid a lot for 2 small mochas-$12. Barista couldn't remember what we ordered after paying. Was kind enough to let me know the chocolate had dairy in it. Offered an extra shot and wanted us to pay extra for it after he made the coffees. Literally took 15 minutes to get our coffees and then they were dumped out because they had an undrinkable flavor too them and no sweetness. All in all a terrible experience.

Coffee Borgia is delicious! I love the hint of orange. I tried a strawberry smoothie with peach today and was very satisfied. The customer service is great, they are always very nice.

I am a die hard coffee, and Dutch Bros fan. My boyfriend took me to this place over a month ago and I haven't stopped going since. I deliberately drive 20 minutes to come to Romano's instead of the Dutch Bros that is 3 mins away from me. The service may be "slower" than a shop that has 6 people working in it at the same time of course..but that's because there is usually only one of the brothers in there making drinks. The coffee I have gotten has all been amazing and I love this place so much.

Wonderful little place with excellent coffee, breakfast burritos, bagel sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, lots of vegetarian options too. Made to order, friendly staff, family owned and operated, I love to support local businesses. It’s not fast, but it is worth the wait! I found the gentleman friendly & helpful, not believe everything you read.

Love love love the breakfast croissant sandwich. The BEST brkfst croissant ever! Also good coffee.

I would agree it is not the fastest drive through coffee hut. But it is the only coffee hut I will go to anymore. Because I know its worth it.

Great place, I live down the street from this place. Family owned and ran. Great coffee and I like the chai mix they use. Vegan quick bite options. One of the two men that work there are highly enlightened with the zodiac chart and I enjoy chatting with both of them. Enlightened people they are.

Excellent service. A family run business by two brothers that are real cool guys. Prices are fair and the food is great and in abundance. Too bad they don't have a small awning for rainy days but, although beautiful environment that is labored over and kept nice and clean. A definite treasure in northwest Eugene and the last cafe in that direction. Oh and their croissant breakfast sandwich rocks, and their juices is fresh and amazing.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. Great coffee can be found here, easily some of the best drive thru coffee in Eugene & Springfield. They have been in the same spot for years & the quality is very good. The staff is a tad slow but the coffee is well worth the wait.
