The price for cheese is unreal. I have been there three different times. I have also been to the Bandon location. The price for cheese is over 8 dollars a pound.
Every time I get to the register and see the price, I am blown away. This time, I only got cheese ends, thinking I was getting a better deal. Well, the bill was 34 dollars. I thought I was getting the bag at $3.75, but nope, I was getting 3.75 lbs at $8 a pound.
The staff were very friendly and said they would return the item. I mean, I had not paid for anything, so I am happy to hear you can return things you have not paid for. Just blows my mind it this keeps happening when I go there.
I am so happy for everyone, and I hope you have fun on your travels.

This is one of our favorite lunch spots. The food is always great and there's such a nice little lovely selection of stuff. Their Mac is so yummy!
Cheese panini with turkey, Chilli fries, cheese curds 🤌 the Philly is also another favorite.

Really enjoyed this stop. We originally came here for ice cream but also picked up a frozen mac and cheese, a cheese block and fudge. The ice cream portions are large and a great price. We both ended up with a child's portion which is two scoops. I got a waffle cone and it was tasty. The ice cream was from Umpqua and it is very creamy and we both enjoyed it. The staff at this location were very friendly. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

Face Rock Creamery did not disappoint me and my little tribe during our stay in Coos Bay before Christmas. Great cheese, great service despite being a busy place! Keep serving that Umpqua Ice Cream too!

Had our daughters 14th birthday celebration here. Had ice cream and enjoyed family time. Highly recommend.

Staff were so nice! Delicious ice cream with huge scoops for very cheap. Their cheese and other products looked very good and prices very reasonable. Would definitely come again!

Good ice cream and the girl scooping was very nice. The older woman behind the wine bar was particularly nasty though. She glared at me and my family the entire time we were there and then just plainly ignored us when we sat down at the wine bar. The entire time we were on the wine and cheese end we were ignored without any service— not even as much as a “hello” when we entered or a “thank you” when we left. My girlfriend and I are from out of the area and regularly visit Facerock in Coos whenever we are around to visit. We very much enjoy their gourmet cheeses, wines, and jams. They are great quality; that, and the nice service of the young lady serving ice cream are the only reason I didn’t give a 1 Star. Please do something about the old sourpusses there. I’ll revisit this review when we return for Xmas and see if the staff is any nicer.

The staff is super kind, their cheese is great, and they have a small, but nice selection of little made to order paninis for a very reasonable price.
