The Mexican mocha was good. A umqua driver was delivering milk without a mask getting in the baristas faces. It seem very unprofessional of the umqua driver at least try to wear one even if it's not covering your nose. If I were you I would contact umqua bc quests what there's a pandemic going on and right now its spiking.

The Human Bean use to be one of the only places I could go for a flavorful, inexpensive and sugar-free drink (coffee or otherwise). Unfortunately, as of late the drinks have been incorrect or the employee would flat out argue with me and tell me I was wrong. I just drove out of their drive thru and took a picture of my red raspberry rockstar....that isn't even really colored.. Basically I waited in line for 10 minutes and paid $4.20 for a single can of flat rockstar. Gross! Their excuses were ridiculous. First they told me that they're red raspberry did it show color in the drink. When I said that it was read every single other time I ordered it they then blamed the other employees saying that they must have added extra flavors. I know this is incorrect because I also make this at home but it was just convenient today to stop on my way home. Beyond disappointed. Guess I'll keep driving farther for Dutch. Grgh

The drinks are good but im not so sure on hygiene ive seen numerous employees handling cash, cards, even wipe counters then grab an opened straw by the tip to put in a drink as well as the coffee bean they put on top. Very unsanitary to be touching anything a customer will be eating or drinking through especially without gloves or even washing their hands after touching things that carry lots of bacteria

1st time here and staff was friendly and patient while I figured out my order. Drink was tasty and reasonably priced. Thank you. I'll be back.

So much better than Starbucks or Dutch Brothers. They can make just about any flavor you can think of and have a large selection of sugar-free syrups.

They do not make a latte with whole milk. Makes no sense they have it the staff member showed me here it is but we are not allowed to make a latte with whole milk. What he said they do is they use 2% milk and they add a little bit of half and half. The strangest thing and the latte did not taste properly but being from out of town I just took it and went on my way.

Visiting from out of town, we found this spot easily. Fast drive through, attractive selection of coffee and other snacks followed by helpful and personable staff. Drinks ordered - latte, skinny peppermint mocha, and a breakfast sandwich. I would return here if in the area again.

I asked for a 12oz latté (double shot) and it tastes like regular drip coffee. Also I'm pretty sure this is an 8 oz. If you want real coffee go to stumptown in downtown Portland.

We Love all the friendly ladies here! My kids love getting free whipped cream straws :) plus the coffee prices are very fair and i love the punch cards!
