I got the vanilla latte with soy milk plus a breakfast sandwich. It was excellent for a morning pick-me-up coffee !

I’ve been to this location a few times. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Today I went in for my free birthday drink that was automatically loaded onto my app. I thought I had some $1’s on me so I could tip but nope. I scrounged up some change to put in the tip jar and the girl was VERY appreciative of even my little bit of change I came up with. She said “Thank you, I appreciate you”. It was very genuine which was refreshing.
If you like stronger tasting coffee I recommend getting extra shots of espresso and making it a little “extra sweet”. That’s my go to ☺️

Not sure why this location especially struggles so much more than other ones I’ve been to. It’s a shame because I love their coffee and go to them less and less because of my experiences. Today I came in with my wife and we both ordered and she asked for Carmel drizzle on hers, apparently they thought we meant on the sides of the cup so when we got to the window and seen the drink we asked for it on the whip cream and the lady at the window was like “there’s some already in there” and I said can you put it on the whip cream and she said yes in a snarky tone. Then she proceeded to take the lid off and put the Carmel on the lid rather than the whip cream itself. Which I’ve noticed is a human bean thing, which is pretty pointless considering that the majority stays stuck to the lid and cannot be tasted when you drink the coffee. Anyways this is a on going issue and it’s why we never come here anymore, they usually forget to add the whip all together so at least they got that right.

Flavors and style of drinks vary by barista. I'm not sure if they need a new ordering mic or new headset, or girls just aren't paying attention but errors are made at every order.

Most recent example we ordered two coffees two cookies, we order the same thing every time, the girl ringing us up forgot to charge us for a cookie so she rang it up after taking the "change" as a tip, 8 bucks... that was a jerk move.

They have great iced cold non-caffeinated drinks. Right off the highway easy on and off

We ordered two drinks—both hot, White chocolate mochas. My husbands was barely lukewarm and tasted like chocolate milk. My drink was so hot I couldn’t drink it. We come to this location regularly & this is the second time one of our drinks has been cold. I don’t know what’s causing the inconsistency but it’s really disappointing.

I am so sad. I come to this location 3-4x per week. Never had a bad drink until today. I normally don’t complain. I have been a barista for 6 years so I know how customers can be but my drink today was AWFUL. Im not even sure there was espresso in it. Tasted like watered down oat milk. Maybe 3 cubes of ice. ZERO mocha because the color was completely off. Seems like they are newer employees so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but paying 6$ for a drink I hate is not what I wanted to do today.

We had a less than stellar experience that was very much a one-off. The manager actually refunded our c/c after I complained about my drink not being correct. The person was new and evidently was trying out for the role of the scarecrow on The Wizard of Oz 'cause she definitely didn't have a brain. Either way, they were kind and I love their coffee and we will be back, thank you.

Coffee was excellent, got a hot vanilla late.
