Common Grounds Espresso

Unfortunately there aren't many choices in Carlton but the mocha always has a bitter aftertaste, like soap, and really isn't worth the drink. I have yet to try anything else from here as I don't enjoy choosing this option. Last resort only... I wish they would improve their drinks.

I liked this place the employee working there was kind and the "Black gold tea" I ordered was amazing! It tasted really strong and bitter at first but after that you get the hint of orange and raspberry and other flavors that just make it even better.

Tea is okay, but the coffee is definitely not the great quality I'd expect from this cute little stand. They use a lot of boxed teas and powdered cider. Nothing there is "homemade" and I feel the price is not on point with the quality.

Brenda is the consummate host and barista. Her coffee does exactly what I'd want. Wakes me up !

Over priced for the quality of coffee you are getting. the owner is rude some times and nice the others and when the rope off the lot during the closed hours really annoys the heck out of me.

Owner lady was defensive, argumentative and insulting when I asked her a simple question. Coffee was very overpriced and mediocre. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in the world for coffee.

My wife ordered a large tea and the barista poured the loose leaf tea directly into the water. We didn't notice until we were down the road a few miles. It was undrinkable.

Coffee is extremely gross and the tall blonde lady who works there has a horrible attitude. Would NOT recommend.

The lady who works there is extremely rude- VERY poor customer service skills. The coffee was okay, but overpriced for the quality.

The coffee is very bitter and not worth buying. Sad to have a “coffee shop” like this in Carlton. I would not recommend it!
