Common Grounds Espresso

1st time here. The barista was extremely friendly which we enjoyed. The breakfast sandwiches were very good, coffee was good, not great. Would go back and try it again though

the girl working Sunday the 23 at 3:45pm doesnt know how to make coffee or needs trained better. I ordered 1 large Carmel white mocha and 1 large chia breve. she made the coffee with so much foam that we only got about 6 oz of coffee in our 24 oz cups and they were disgusting. I've never had such a horrible experience. She also talks so quietly you can not hear her. I normally don't complain but I just spent 10 dollars on nothing.

The owner was exceptionally and obviously racist to my face while purchasing coffee. I was standing there quietly with my friend group and out of left field she says “they obviously hire anyone these days.” I was both hurt and upset. Definitely will not be returning.

The owner is a humble soul and the frappes DEFINETLY holds out its flavor even after all the ice has melted. I'll be back again.

I roll through every once in a while when I don’t feel like making coffee at home, and I’ve never been disappointed! My coffee is always made well, and the owner is very polite and personable. She remembered previous conversations we had had, even though I hadn’t been by in nearly a year.

Cute little drive through coffee stand! Only place to get coffee in Carlton on Sundays, I believe. Double espresso and iced coffee were great, were prepared quickly and I thought the price was fair. Service was fine IMO.

I've been coming her for just over a year now. The coffee is excellent, especially considering I don't drink much coffee and I'm extremely picky. I come for the flavored Red Bull....which is awesome by the way. Not too sweet, she doesn't use cheap nasty syrup. The girls are happy to see you and are always up for a quick chat if your in the mood. Just like Cheers it's nice to go where everyone knows your name 😊

I live local, I called this company to HELP THEM and was hung up on twice, was treated like a telemarketer and the owner was quite rude!! So sad!! It's no wonder she is on the SECOND page of Google, meaning most customers looking for espresso will not find her!!

I purchased a gift card for my husband here and when he went to buy a coffee with it the owner would not punch his royalty card because she said it was double dipping...I did not get a punch for purchasing the card so he should have received the punch for redeeming it. NOT good customer service! If you're not not going to make good on your royalty programs don't have them.
