The owners are very very friendly and willing to share information about the delicious food they have. I don't know the name of the sirloin steak dish they prepared for me or the name of the creams sauce. But it was AMAZING! Well worth the 20min. drive from our home.

This place was amazing! We ordered crepes, acai bowl and a savory chicken dish. It was all so delicious and the folks there were so kind and friendly. We will definitely come again when in the area!

Such a lovely place with great food and warm service! Felt welcome immediately. We got salmon crepe, coxinha, and boba. All were very tasty. Best of all was the service. Super attentive, made great menu suggestions for us, and just had a family vibe.

We stopped here for breakfast on our trip and had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious from the food to the coffee to the boba tea and shakes. They have a diverse array of flavors, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Next time we visit we will definitely be coming back! Thanks for everything, Constance!

Kinda hooked on this place. The quinoa bowl, I can't get enough of it. Not sure how this place got established, the people around here have their meat and potatoes and fish and chips and hail to Lowerys seasoning salt from what I can tell. Curry county but not a hint of it anywhere. I love this place because it tastes different from everything else and offers the types of things one can eat no matter what time of day or night it is. I want to try everything. Guava paste on grilled cheese? Yes please!

Tropicalia is one of our family's favorite places in town. Their acai bowls are authentic and superior. ❤️

Best! Food! Ever!!! Must-have!!!

We have come here at least 4 times the past 2 weeks, and we couldn't get enough! My wife loves the esfirra (ground beef and cheese deliciousness), our son loves the pao de queijo (warm, fresh, chewy gluten-free cheese bread) as well as the crepes (try the creme brulee or make your own) and the acai bowls - everything we have tried is sooo mouthwateringly delicious!

We will be back the next time we are in Oregon! Thank you for the most amazing food! ♡ #supportsmallbusinesses #brazilianfood #brasil #food #foodie

This awesome little cafe is run by amazing people and has amassed a considerable following of local regulars. An absolute must-stop for people visiting or passing through the Brookings area. From smoothies, to crepes, to warm lunch dishes and sandwiches, they are sure to have something for everyone. I cannot recommend Tropicália enough!

We stopped here on our way back from a trip to San Francisco in which food featured heavily. Keeping up with our international theme, we chose Tropicalia. I had the Filé No Samba, a sirloin steak dish sauteed with freshly pickled vegetables.
I had never had a dish quite like it, so I have nothing to compare it to. It was perfectly cooked with a rich and complex flavour.
I also sampled my wife's Empadão, which was also fantastic. Sometimes I feel I'm well versed in food of various cultures, so it's nice to be surprised when something so good comes along.

The restaurant itself is small but friendly, a little basic and tucked off the highway.
I'd definitely make another stop here and try something else!

Wonderful small family restaurant. The crepes we had were great!
