An absolute childhood comfort! The coffee is so amazing and the people are fantastic. I had the freight train and dear goodness I was not expecting the massive gloriousness I was in for!

My fiance worked here for about 2 years and went to a different location due to verbal harrasment. One of the kitchen staff (male) openly told her "its just that time of month" when she had a real issue with them. I used to work for this company and let me tell you, they don't care. I was laid off because I didn't say "good morning" on the regular to one of their sons when I was opening the store at 4:30am when they delivered the pastries. They are family first, employees after. My fiance and i were laid off because one of her employees felt like they weren't given enough hours, after constantly calling out and felt like I was being given "special treatment" after working there a whole year. Said employee kept pressing issues that weren't valid, and even stole from the company. But because Jim and Patty didn't have working security cameras, there was no proof. Just here-say. So we were both laid off because of one new employee. They are not good business owners, and take the word of their FAMILY over the actual employees and apparent evidence. They do not deserve respect. They do not deserve customers. And no wonder they PERMANENTLY closed the location we worked at.... they just don't care.

Great coffee and atmosphere is cool enough (for Beaverton). Biscuits and gravy were yummy, as was the bacon.

Best coffee and breakfast sandwiches! Workers are always nice and friendly, even when they are busy!

Okay I love the product. Coffee People was one of my go to spots and I was happy when Jim and Patty decided to open shops that have some of the old stand by's from years gone. Prince Puckler ice cream shakes...black tiger coffee, and on top of the old stand by's they brought in some heavy hitter breakfast items. Sooo good....but the service is so far off what it was back in the day that it destroys the entire experience. Even when it's not busy it takes 20 minutes or so to get my morning joe. Go to any other coffee house and you will see excellance in service where people are moving around with urgency. It is also coupled with a staff that doesnt seem to know what it means to be kind. I get it foodservice is hard but a smile and common curtesy goes a long way. Coffee People got it, Dutch Bro's gets it, Peets gets it, even Starbucks where you might not get a smile but you will get your product the same way in an efficient manner every time.

Awesome service, best coffee, pastries and sandwiches in town! If you want a home away from home feel where your always welcome, this is where you need to go! The people are always so friendly and the people that come here are just as great! I love walking my pup down here and sitting outside having my coffee and hot sandwich! The ambiance is fantastic! It's a real feel-good place to relax.😊

Chill vibe, friendly staff, good internet, unique and funky place. Coffee, tea and food menu is appealing and affordable. An excellent alternative to the green mermaid.
