Really great family-owned business! They truly care about providing quality coffee and giving back to our community through things like the arts and theater and through social justice advocacy. Definitely recommend to locals and those visiting Astoria who are looking for some good coffee and a small business to support! :)

Not really what I was expecting. Only had 2 types of coffee to try. The samples I tried had so much cream added to them the coffee was non existent. Just brewed the Thundermuck at home at it wasn't anything special.

Good coffee. I wish they stayed out of the political messages. Just embrace the coffee and the service without pushing any kind of political message.

Some of the best fresh roasted coffee in town! At other coffee shops you can completely tell that they are using older roasts - older coffee beans. This place is not so it is the best! It has fresh roasted coffee, as well as a confident and beautiful barista to boot!

They had several different roasts to chose from. We took home 6 bags all the way back to Pennsylvania! Our favorite over the years has been Thundermuck - an excellent sort of smoky but very smooth blend.

This is a true micro roasting experience. The espresso is strong yet smooth with great flavor depth. If you want burnt coffee with loads of sugar you can get that experience elsewhere. If you value high-end espresso and customer service then this is the place for you.

I'm incredibly lucky to live in Astoria, Oregon. Amazing views, cool summers and mild winters. Great restaurants, friendly people, and outstanding beer. And AMAZING coffee roasted locally at Columbia River Coffee Roasters. I drink their flagship Thundermuck! every single day. And my friends and relatives always expect me to bring Thundermuck! when I visit. It is so good!

Local, sustainable, direct source and fair trade sources coffee beans with friendly staff. Right now, they only offer pour over coffee as they are rethinking their coffee shop with new management. Visiting hours are weekdays 9am-1pm.

This place is the best place ever for coffee! I've never been disappointed! I used to come here all the time when we lived in Portland and hadn't been back in years until recently and I got to say it's still the best place ever to get coffee. They're true professionals and know what they're doing! I love this place I come everytime I'm in Astoria. You won't be disappointed.

Great people work here. It's actually called 3 cups as I understand it though. I'm not a fan of Columbia River Coffee Roasters coffee in general (with the exception of whitewater) but I truly do like this coffee shop alone for their friendly service and interesting decor. I like how they make the coffee, I just don't like the coffee beans they use. I do like their white bean coffee a lot though :)
