The best, friendly staff, quick service. Delicious food and coffee. Had the hash-brown waffle and the Oregon berry.

This is a great little place! There were 7 of us in our party and we had a variety of waffles (savory and sweet) and coffees (drip coffees and lattes, both iced and hot). We were all happy with everything we received and even bought extra drinks to go. The Willamette sweet, but not overly sweet, waffle is what is in the picture. I had the Warrior savory waffle...very good. The Honey Lavender Latte was so good, too. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was just so great. If you are anywhere near here it is well worth it to come here.

Wonderful little place!
The interior was so cute, the staff was so nice and welcoming and we enjoyed sitting outside on their covered patio (with heaters!). Space for kid volume & wiggles. They even have a shelf of games for while you're waiting.
As for the food, we ordered three types of waffles, and liked each if them. The cardamom latte was delicious!
Will definitely be going back and would recommend it to anyone, but gets extra stars for their kindness to our kids!

This is the 2021 Melt Down sandwich which would make a great year-round breakfast.
There is a heated patio for dining in this Covid time.
2023 update. This continues to be a favorite. We go here about once a month.

First time we went the food was great! The location, shops nearby and staff are wonderful. This second time around we brought my in-laws and the location, staff and fun table games are still great but I realized that after some unfortunate mishaps (breaker and waffle iron) that wasn't the actual reason my food came out cold - it was their timing. The hashbrown waffle and savory waffle get cold because of the lengthy cooking time of the poached egg. My in-laws were bothered by it so they sent one order back. But I was so hungry I ate the cold savory waffle. They did offer to re-do the hashbrown tho. Overall, the waffles, especially the sourdough one is amazing! I also recommend their matcha latte.

Busy place, for good reason. Love the savory waffles, hash brown waffles, good coffee. Be sure to visit Earth and Wood while you're in town. I think Amity must be magical.

I visited The Common Cup for my 1st time with my 2 sons to continue the monthly quest to find the best grilled cheese sandwich in Yamhill County. The restaurant is one of many restaurants participating in this annual YCAP event called The Meltdown which is to raise money for the county's food kitchen. I was very pleased with the care, service, and kindness that our waitress showed to all of us. The grilled cheese sandwich was very good, albeit more like a breakfast sandwich. Very well presented and very tasty nonetheless. I will be back to check out their awesome-looking pastries and other menu items.

Delicious waffles and very well made coffee! The atmosphere is cozy and delightful. Bonus points for having gluten free waffles, and yummy too! This is definitely a must stop place in Amity.

A true delight! The women running this restaurant are wonderful! Great coffee and delicious, original waffles! We tried the Oregon berry and the fig jam.
