Fantastic ice cream and danishes with a variety of coffees.

It wasn't my kind of place, but they have a lot of things that I've never tried before and I look forward to going back to have a newer experience.

Nice place but the food is expensive. Italian ice is good and not that bad priced. But I've been better off eating at a steakhouse first. Than feeding my family of four sandwiches at about the same price.

Spent the afternoon playing outside and finished the day here with some ice cream!

It wasn't bad for being at the park. I had the pulled pork sandwich meat was good bun soft the BBQ sauce could have been more/better but for $6.50 it was good đź‘Ť.

The ice cream is decent and price is fair considering the location inside the park. Line was pretty long and if we weren't stuck in the park I'd be just as happy with braums. That said, they get 4 stars for not price gouging like a carnival or theme park.

On weekends service is so slow, I often leave without ordering anything. Please figure out how to manage the line and perhaps open the always closed second register for the quick service of people who don’t want ice cream, and only want tea/coffee and pastry. Nothing wrong with customers getting ice cream and taking time to pick the flavor, but often that holds the entire line, with half the staff just standing there waiting for a food or drink order to come through, which is not coming, cause ice cream...

Management, pease figure this one out

The staff is amazing. The manager, I think his name is Josh, deserves a raise. What a champion. He remains super nice under extreme pressure. The crowds were huge, but he and the other staff were killing it. Solid people, a beautiful facility, and good coffee. You couldn't ask for more.

My boyfriend and I went into the coffee shop on a Sunday morning, just wanting to pick up some drinks that we could take and enjoy out in the park. You walk in and it's clean and well kept inside. There wasn't really any organization to the shop though; we got in what we thought was a line until we realized that ourselves and a handful of other people were on the wrong side of the register, so we had to start over on the other side. Service at the register could have been better; the cashier simply stood and stared at us when we walked up. We ordered two coffees and a few bagel bites, pay and go sit to wait for the order. We're given one of the little vibrating pucks to keep our place. We're eventually given the bagel bites, but they were rung up wrong so we had to wait for that to be corrected. We then proceed to wait for 15 minutes with no drinks. They were slightly busy, so we figured we'd give them the benefit of the doubt. But when people who came after us are getting their drinks before us, that's a concern. Eventually we go up to the counter and they ask us what we had. I repeat the order and they nod and apologize and tell us we'll get them next. I don't know where the breakdown after that was. I don't know if the barista wasn't told, or if she was and forgot or what but another five minutes go by with us still sitting there with nothing. We are once again asked what we ordered. At this point we're fed up and just ask for a refund. This is another 5 minute ordeal with whoever was managing at that point. She asked what we had and went over to the one functioning register to try to get the money back. But they still have to take customers, so she's waiting in between. She comes back 3-4 times to ask again what we had, and finally takes the card we used to get the proper order. Unsure why that wasn't led with. Either way, if I want to have coffee in the park I'll bring it from somewhere else.

Featuring a stone floor that looks like wood, locally made furniture, a 360 degree gas log fireplace, and a ceiling of board edge planking, the venue is gorgeous. Free entry is included. We did not eat here but it's worth it to go here to rest and enjoy the scenery.
