Stopped by for the first time in a while! To the drive thru clerk, Julian, you rock! Best customer service ever! Not often do I find even decent customer service! Thanks Julian!

This place has gone way downhill. They used to be so good, and now they only have about half the donuts they used to have. The lobby isn't open. It's sad, it used to be my favorite

Made an online order for my sons birthday party and when I got to the store they didn’t have part of my order so they made two boxes of lots of different flavors for us and made sure we would have enough and she also asked if anyone had any allergies which I thought was so nice and thoughtful! They made our day!! Thank you guys!

Worst filled donuts I ever had do not go to this krispy kreme
We went and less than a half a teaspoon of filling was in a couple of them and a couple of them had no filling
So they gave us some free donuts The next day and I cut them open and there is less than a 1/2 a teaspoon in those donuts
And they weren't very nice about it.

I love doughnuts one of my favorite foods and when I got a gift card for Xmas I couldn't wait.However it was less than great doughnuts we're not fresh tasting at all not even the doughnut holes I couldn't believe it so disappointed 😞

Don’t order drinks! Especially the coffee because they do not know how to make them. Got two large Caramel ice coffee’s and this is what was given to me. Straight black with caramel, literally lol. Doughnuts are to die for of course!

Horrible. I worked for this franchisee years ago for 5 years. This location is the worst Krispy Kreme I have seen. Trash everwhere outside. The front end associate did not want to wait on us. Dozen boxes in the floor and she had no care to clean them up. I called the store and talked to the manager and he lacked any care or concern.

Check your Kreme filled doughnuts.... got all the way home and none of them were filled. Just a hole into the middle.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a dozen chocolate kreme filled donuts. When I arrived at my destination and someone opened the box, it was a dozen chocolate sprinkle donuts. How does someone who works at Krispy Kreme confuse chocolate kreme filled donuts with this?
