The worst donut shop in Tulsa! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their card machine was down for over a month and their management refused to get it fixed. Then, after it was finally fixed, my wife ordered a latte, thinking that the whip cream would come with it since that was how it was shown in the picture. When we got it, we asked where the whip cream was and we got told that they don't put it on lattes anymore since "some" people don't like it. WHAT?!? If so, why show it on the menu picture anyway? Furthermore, their drive-through menu is so hard to read that I have to pull out my phone and look up their menu online, only to find out that they don't even serve 50% of whatever on the menu! Today, I went there to order a frozen latte and got told that their coffee machine is down! Do they even wanna do business? I'm surprised that this place is still standing!! I would highly recommend driving to daylight donut or dunkin donut. You'll have better service there for sure!!!

Wish there was one in minnesota . Defintely enjoyed my experience. Love how you can see into the kitchen and watch the process .

The donuts glazes taste very dried and burn!! Horrible and had to throw two boxes

Their Light was ON & donuts were hot and melted in Your mouth. Wife & I got a free one while we waited an then bought several boxes to go. Check the app for buy one get one or other specials.

Stopped by because we saw the HOT & FRESH sign on. Got to the speaker and they said they did not have any fresh off the belt and that it would be 15-20 until the next batch without saying why the sign was on or apology. We came back a few hours later and the sign was off but the dozen we ordered was still somewhat fresh and warm so that slightly made up for the first visit. Hard to beat a fresh Krisky Kreme donut.

Oh my , coffee and a donut that's it . Get it fresh and eat . Don't worry about the sugar .

Love the doughnut holes.. Hate the drive thru. There is only one window. And the cover is not good. So when it rains it comes straight into your car. 😑🤦🏻‍♀️

Prepare to wait... This location has the longest lines all the time. It's probably because the lobby is closed and has been for months. Weird, because the lobby was open throughout the pandemic. The saving grace is, the filled donuts are never actually filled and almost always dry. Almost like they don't fill them. I'm not sure what's wrong with this location, because other locations manage just fine. But, if you have a good half hour to kill waiting in line for stale donuts, try this location .

They are in Tulsa & I live in Tahlequah & when I'm I'm Tulsa I make a special trip to stop by there, well I did & I wanted there special box of Christmas donuts, they didn't have any & said they wouldn't until next WEEK, they were extremely busy, the line was long, they didn't even have their light on, so I ended up getting 12 plain Donuts they were even made small, so I'm disappointed!! 😒🙄

This place is messed up, waited 25 min in line and got cold coffee, could t go inside bc the door said closed due to short staffing, our donuts were glazed with a grainy type frosting, we got donuts we didn’t order, this place needs help
