Dutch Bros Coffee

Sat in line for >15 minutes without moving a single car and ended up leaving with other cars so who knows how long it actually took. Recommend waiting to visit until they sort out their problems.

I have never had to wait at a Dutch bros as long as the one on Harvard! Literally was 7 cars and I waited for 1 drink for over 30 minutes. The drink wasn’t even as good as it is at other locations. At least I know what location to avoid.

Took so long in the drive through I waited for 20 min I could get a drink faster going to an actual coffee shop.

I absolutely love Dutch.. My favorite coffee way better than Starbucks and cheaper too!

I love it! Everyone is so jolly and happy and it seriously made my day! And I love all the new stickers!

25 mins with 3 cars who only got one drink each in line is ridiculous. Also did not get my drink right!

Very very slow service…be prepared to wait 20 plus minutes.

I enjoy their coffee, and the customer service is always excellent for me.

Second time I ordered my large iced golden eagle with 3 Splenda…. BUT NO SPLENDA.

Great place super friendly and the staff is amazing very helpful I got the hazelnut mocha it was very delicious
