We had stopped going to Chimera a couple years back due to bad service and not so great food but decided to visit again while on a trip to visit family. It was a fine experience but nothing really stood out besides tasty bacon. There are plenty of better breakfast spots in. We had hot lattes with oat milk and hazelnut. They were not good. One was overly sweet; the other had no sweetness. The potatoes were a bit soggy and greasy. The eggs had no salt. The sourdough was fine but the butter was tasteless. I did like the little fruit salad they added. The place itself is very cozy and well decorated. It’s obviously a very busy place just not one I would visit again because of the lack of consistency in quality of food, coffee, and service.

This is my favorite brunch spot in Tulsa! I love going with a friend & sitting outside. I basically always get the Made in the USA breakfast bowl & a hazelnut latte (sometimes with Bailey's). Everything is so yummy! Including the bakery items! Yum

Hip spot with large windows, cool decor and art on the walls. It’s counter ordering with food delivered to your table, unless you order a breakfast burrito (they are pre-made, kept warm at the register wrapped in foil). My breakfast tacos were delicious!! (Order 2-they’re not very big) I also ordered a fresh juice which was fantastic. (2 tacos, breakfast burrito and juice was around $30) The food and coffee menus are not extensive but the choices all sounded delicious! It was a late Saturday morning…we got the last table, but tables turned pretty quickly. It was pretty warm out but they do have a handful of outside tables too. It took quite a long time to get the food, but it was worth the wait. There was a cart at the front with a self-serve water bar and condiments like Cholula. Great little spot 👍🏼

LOTS of vegan options! So delicious! We had the burrito with cashew cheese in it and it was amazing! Definitely recommend and will be back next time we're in Tulsa!

If you're in the mood for something refreshing, try the lemonade at Chimera Cafe. It's delicious! The cafe has a cool, industrial decor and there's a ballroom in the back for more seating. The vibe here is really cool and relaxed.

Love to find a vegan-friendly restaurant in an Oklahoma town! We stopped in during a road trip for a late lunch, and found plenty of tasty-sounding lighter options as it was 100+ degrees outside. The drinks and food arrived quickly and were beautifully presented, the portions are perfect and the taste absolutely stellar.

First time I came here I thought I had accidentally jumped on the L train and taken it to Williamsburg, Brooklyn. And I say that because this is one of the first restaurants I had been to in Tulsa since visiting from NYC, and I was like, "Oh, hey, magic is real because I've been magically transported to Brooklyn." Alas, I was actually in Tulsa all along inside a coffee spot that has some pretty good options, and pretty good coffee but is absolutely a haven for hipster and Gen-Zers. First up was their Avocado Toast with pico de gallo, micro greens, sourdough bread, carrot habanero cream, tofu quest fresco and a medium fried egg. I absolutely loved every bite of this dish and really wish I had more of the carrot habanero cream which was friggin' great (great kick to it!). Second up was there Super Veggie Wrap with portobello, bell pepper, onion, tomato sautéed in garlic & ginger with spring mix, crema and cilantro in a flour tortilla with cashew provolone. Hearty, delicious, a bit messy, but well worth your bites and very filling. I dig this spot and look forward to heading back here and trying out other healthy dishes from their menu, which is a great alternative to a lot of the heavier types of food offered around in the neighborhood.

Made a quick stop in Tulsa to explore during a cross country road trip and decided to stop here for late breakfast. Such a cute artsy vibe inside with friendly staff that will bring your food & drink order to you. I got a BLT after they ran out of chicken for the day, still pretty tasty. I'd love to see what this place looks like when they have music playing in the back benue!

Here in Tulsa on a trip to see friends. Great brunch atmosphere.
The people beside me are talking about the economic and education system of Israel in the 1950 and 60's. I think they're heading to a conversation about behavioral economics, Daniel Kahneman, and Amos Tversky.
This is exciting!?! I may have to bite my tongue if I want to get home today.
Food, coffee, and staff were great!
