I wasn't impressed at all. My first impression was that it was very dark. The waitress's dress was extremely short. They swapped out a broken chair for us, and then I had to stop a waitress from seating an elderly lady in the broken chair they'd just removed from our table. 25 dollars for stir fry?? The food was nice, but I just don't feel like it's worth the prices.

Great food and great customer service.

The only good thing about this place was the live music playing at the time we we're there. The music was awesome; unfortunately, we had no refreshments to accommodate our visit there. We sat at a table close to the band playing music and not once did a server come by and ask any of us if we would like to order any drinks, an appetizer, or even entrees. After 45-minutes of waiting with no drinks, my friend and I walked up to the bar to get our own waters, Sprite, & a beer. The staff was mainly standing behind the bar and noticed us there, yet never acknowledged any of the 6 people at our table. At one point the owner was sitting a few tables behind us and looked over at us; yet, he never told any of the staff that we haven't been served anything. It was a slow night there, so it's not like the staff was behind or slammed with orders. We just could not believe the service we received on that slow Friday night...especially for a supposedly nice & pricey restaurant located in downtown Tahlequah. Here is some advice for all of your future tables/customers...if they have no drinks and are looking around wondering why they haven't been served by a waitress or staff member, then maybe a server/staff should consider doing what they are getting paid for and actually do their job and serve their customers...(customers are the #1 priority for any business...especially a restaurant).... if we the customers are paying that kind of money to eat or drink there, then we should get the service we deserve and what we are paying for!

One of the best places in Tahlequah to eat. Full bar, food is good, very clean, nice atmosphere, and a great outdoor area. If you are in town, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Lunch was awesome. Going to try dinner next time we're in town. Service was fast and wait staff was very polite. I recommend this establishment to everyone. Prices are well worth it for the quality of food that you receive.

Awesome environment. Food was good. Drinks were weak sauce but tasted very nice. Waitress was awesome. Don't know her name but she is the redheaded college student.

The group of 4 of us had the best lunch. The drinks are tasty and my French dip was amazing.

Warm, comfy ambiance, lunch by the fire, beautiful view of the branch and terrace out the large picture window, double Bloody Mary, best Reuben I've had in a while, good Onion Rings. Friendly, helpful, attentive, informative waitress. We liked this place. $45 for two included tip and double drinks. Not bad for lunch and we can't wait to get back on a Saturday night for dinner from what we've heard. If the weather is nice, there's a balcony terrace with heaters where you can smoke, which makes it much more interesting for us. If your going to pay the extra prices for a Chef (instead of a cook) and a nice place like this, you should be able to smoke, but that's another story.

This is one of my favorite places. Love the food. Music is great when they have it. Cozy atmosphere. Attended their New Year’s Eve event a couple of times. Have had birthday celebrations and other special occasions here with friends and family. Staff has always been great and I love the waitress Rebecca. As I said it’s one of my favorite places.

I had not been to The Branch in over a year. Last time I had gone (2017 Christmas Parade) it had been very disappointing. Every year a bunch of us go to watch the Christmas Parade from the warmth of the restaurant. We had put in our reservation early and there are normally, at least 20 or more people with people coming and going. Last year, the owner decided that his family/friends should get the table by the window. To rub salt in the wound, there was about 10 people, at the most, at the table by the window, with most of them leaving early. They had also pared down their menu drastically, wanting to only serve snacks to the bar crowd. And even some things that were on the menu, they did not have, as I said, very disappointing. So I was pleasantly surprised to go there for dinner, Thursday night to discover they had a full menu again. I ordered the fish and chips. I've never really cared for fish until I had it at The Branch. Not sure why I even tried it, but I did and loved it. This time it was good but not great. It used to come with 2 fat pieces of fish but this came with one longer thinner piece of fish. The french fries were okay, nothing special. I had a Paloma Cocktail which is made from grapefruit (which I love) but it was not sweet at all. Fresh grapefruit is sweeter. When I mentioned it to the waiter, he did not offer to make it right, so I asked him to bring some Splenda to the table and added the sugar myself. So, all in all, still disappointing but there has been some improvements. They used to make the BEST macaroni and cheese ever. Did not notice if that was back on the menu. I was too excited about the fish and chips.
