The lines are always super long here but Ive wanted to try this place out ever since they opened. There were only 3 cars ahead of me but the worker was chatting with the third car (people she knew) for so long the other I had to ask them to move up so I could leave. I wish they had a faster drive thru setup and that ordering was easier. App is trash

There was only a couple of cars in front of me when I entered the drive thru. About 10 minutes later my order still hadn’t been taken. While waiting to place my order, Patrick decided to prioritize customers that had just arrived that were in the far right lane over me and the cars in front of me. Because of this people who had only been there for about one minute got their orders taken before the customers who had been there for 10+ minutes. There should be priority for customers who have been waiting the longest.

Good coffee but over priced at nearly $7 for a large one. Very nice and friendly staff. I would probably go back despite the extravagant price tag for a cup of joe

The parking lot/driveway here is all jacked up, but it's not Dutch Bros fault--it's just horrible construction. My husband is obsessed with this company: he is from Oregon and is so happy there are finally Dutch Bros locations in this area. We drove 4 hours for an expo here and the primary reason we decided to go to the Expo was so we could go to Dutch bros! Anyways, they need better signs! We didn't know what was available to order because we couldn't see any menus near where they came out to the car to take our orders. And then, when we got the the window where we could see the menu they wouldn't let us add anything to our order. But, what we were able to order was awesome. 👍👍

I love love love this place, but even more so after this morning! I decided to bring my 4 month old puppy with me for his first drive thru adventure and he misbehaved the ENTIRE time but the ladies were all so sweet and understanding, I appreciate how kind every employee is, highly recommend this place!

1st off, the menu is confusing. For example, “toasted” = hot, which took me a long time to find out. Also you have to specify that you want cream in your drink, even if it’s one of their specials, or they may just give you a flavored black coffee that looks nothing like on the menu.
2nd, the lanes are infuriating. I was directed to move into the 2nd lane with the car ahead of me, but a car behind me came into the parking lot and into the 2nd lane before I could, and I was still directed over. The cars that had originally been behind me in the 1st lane had their orders taken before me, and by the time we merged, I was 4 whole cars behind my original spot in line. This is not the first time something similar has happened.
I won’t be making any Dutch Bros recommendations or visiting myself any time soon.

I don’t see any innovative flavors on their menu. I feel Starbucks is much better.Not trying to sound like a Starbucks fan, but I enthusiastically visited them couple of times to see what’s the best they can offer. I am disappointed, their drinks are high sugary and can guarantee you diabetes with couple of visits.

I had a great experience with this location!! I forgot my wallet and was going to exit the line, but the woman working told me that she would take care of it, and I got my drink for free!! The line goes really fast, and all of the employees are very friendly. Great coffee too!!!

Coffee was good but I wish there was more of it for what I paid. Cup was full to the brim with ice, if I knew what I was getting I would’ve gone somewhere else
