Dutch Bros Coffee

I go to this Dutch brothers every week and since they have opened. However on my last visit the coffee that I ordered. I have ordered before and this time, It was the most bitter old tasting coffee with the lack of almond that should have been. It was unbelievable. I should have driven back around got in line and handed it back to them. Saying nope this is not what I paid for Nor can I drink it. But I needed to move on with other things. I had to do very disappointed wasted my money and i'm afraid to go back in order honestly. I have seen them be super busy go through several workers and I have times when they are very fast other times. When they are very slow. I do wanna say that the blasting music at the window is kind of annoying when you want to ask a question or when they're shouting out Your order to you when you can barely hear what they are saying over what they are playing. I also want to Get my receipt with every order and I always have to ask for that since they don't send it out in an email and the app is really no good the only thing It's for is to have to remember to show it to them to get your points to build up for a free coffee once in a while. Lots of improvements needed especially this week. Please make fresh coffee bitter coffee will lose you. Customers faster than anything else and that coffee was disgusting and I paid for a large.

LOVE this Dutch Bros! The staff is super friendly and always so happy to see my dog when I bring her :) Nadia is the best, she serves us most days and she always has a smile on her face!

Finally tired it for the first time yesterday. I got a LG blended snicker doodle mocha with extra cinnamon & soft top. It was so good I went back again today for the same thing!!! Sooooo sooo sooo good. It was really sweet but not so sweet that I couldn't finish it. I will definitely be a regular!

We love the Crew up at Ducthbros Stillwater they always greet us with large smiles, Jules, this super amazing person with black hair and glasses, and Sebastian an extremely enthusiastic person with great vibes, have my partner and my orders memorized and always make our day with their great energy and smiling faces. 😇 We always love to see them.

Excellent drinks and friendly service! Highly recommend coming here. Only complaint is that they put too much ice in the drinks so you always have to request “lite ice.” And they always ask for a tip which can be bothersome.

Other than that- it’s 5/5 stars!

I am more than upset with the lack of care for there coustomers. it's really hard to support a new coffee shop when they are not open because it's a little cold outside. After all this I'm ashamed to admit that at least STARBUCKS will be open even if it's a little cold. just get my free drink and not return here anymore. The people are also young and snotty with there attitude directly reflecting there business I don't care attitude. what a disappointment to Stillwater

We loooooove Dutch Bro’s here!! The portions are big and tall just how we like them! I’ve never met a more “chill” staffing and they’re super friendly! The lines are usually never long and they even have a walk up window with a cute little seating area! I wish I could rate these guys higher! :)

I love Dutch bros in Colorado- and was so excited to get a coffee with the new one in Stillwater. However my experience was not what I expected on a Drink of my choice.
I had an iced Americano with added vanilla, caramel wall and the soft top. As it’s being made the barista is making small talk with me which is fine, but he then looks back and says “ looks like diabetes in a cup.” I was shocked at his mention of a simple drink and just said “it’s chill.” but to be honest, it made me feel super self conscious when he handed it to me and put a very bad taste in my mouth with his unprofessional judgment.
I have ordered the same type of drink from other places, like Starbucks and NEVER have I heard such foul words from a barista with a couple add ins to make my normal drink a fun one. Do better.

Edit:: coming back to edit and say that the team who reached out to me were very kind and professional with handling my issue. Sent me a gift & made it right. I hope my next time in Stilly is a great if not better experience. Thank you, Dutch Bros!

Very rarely can I say this about a place but they literally have the best customer service. Every time I go thru their drive thru I'm met with smiling enthusiastic greetings from just the nicest young people! Never have I had a bad experience there!
