Kung Fu Tea

We drove from Oklahoma City to expiernce the worst customer service from all 3 of the ladies working there , we arrived @9:40 pm for them to tell us they aren’t able to serve any of the drinks . Because they no longer had boba, we clearly seen the boba in the container. Will not be spending my money at this location or this place of business!

Literally my favorite boba!! I didn’t know it was such a large chain company but no matter what location, the service is great and the boba is soooo good. I normally get the passion fruit slush boba. I’ve gone with friends that have said the tea is too sweet even when they asked for reduced sugar, but I mean I love sweet things so I couldn’t tell. They have great options to personalize a boba!!

I really enjoyed the service it was quick and employees were very polite. The tea was very nice I recommend the Taro milk tea with Boba. I also enjoy how they have complementary board games you can play while your there so you can have fun with friends or kids. Overall an amazing fun place you won’t regret trying.

Really nice and clean! I enjoyed their boba, however the music was really loud and it was playing hard rap music that doesn’t fit the vibes to the place. It really caught me off guard right when I walked in. Other than that, it was decent :).

3 times I have went here and all 3 times they didn't have what I ordered and the boy with the lisp was rude all 3 times.I won't be wasting my time with it again.

Not good at all, they need to train their employees better so that they know what they are supposed to do. The drinks we ordered were very blend (nothing special).

I might try them again in a few months to see if it’s better.

Great place for a nice tea. I had the iced oolong tea. My friends and I were there for a long time enjoying our drinks and were never made to feel rushed.

They also have a great rewards program for repeat customers.

Went in store on 12/13, it was 9:50, with the store being filled with people, register told me it was closed and didn’t serve us. Are these guys really that lazy that they would want to lose business before closing on grand opening? Also, Grand opening discount didn’t last through 12/14 like it said on the flyer, instead it was a day short. If you printed that and have everyone spread the words then you should keep it that way. What’s the point of having the dates on flyers like that then? “Mistake on printing,” they said. Sure. Terrible customer service is what I gathered from two days in a row my requests were denied.

Out of tea and boba. One drink I swear had no flavoring in it and the other was incredibly intense and oversweatened. Mine was supposed to be iced but had no ice.
