Kung Fu Tea

The worker named Thu there was really nice and friendly but the boba was not very good. The boba itself was really hard and wasn't fresh at all. Then the tea was really thick like a smoothie and not like milk tea. The service was good but the drink itself was not good. Not to mention how over priced it was for how small of a drink.

The fiance and I have gluten sensitivities. Tried to use the app to place an order so I can pick up Bubble tea on National Bubble Tea Day, but could not edit the ingredients like Graham crackers from a drink, I know you can in the shop in person, however I'm on a time crunch for work today. So I try to call in the order.

They answer the phone and ask what I need, I ask if I can order over the phone and pick it up. Yes of course she says. I start placing the order with the alterations so I can enjoy the drink without missing work for a week due to allergies. Until someone starts talking to her in the background. Sorry apparently we cant take orders over the phone, so I guess bye?

This the literal response I got from this employee before hanging up on me. What a sad excuse for a Bubble Tea spot.

Stay local everyone. I'll keep driving 45 minutes to Pho Lien Hoa. As should you.

Dont even get me started on this place's poor choice of name...

The milk tea was bitter, and the tapioca pearls were a weird texture, like they were undercooked. The tapioca pearls also tasted off the 3 times I’ve been to this store, wouldn’t recommend personally, but give it a shot

They don’t open on time, they don’t open during certain times, certain days have an excuse not to be open. I really like this place but I only get to come here so often.

I stopped by this afternoon without checking Google first to see their hours. I initially didn’t notice the “We’re Closed” sign that was difficult to read behind all the print on the front door; instead I saw the “We’re Hiring” sign so I assumed they are open normal hours. I tried the door and it was locked. I looked in through the window and saw a man sitting inside (at first glance looked like he was smoking something). Super awkward, I just got back in my car and left.

I’ve had good experiences with other locations but I guess Norman’s is not as reliable.

Take almost 2 hours for just the drinks. And staff never answer the phone.

I was first introduced to Kung Fu as a treat from a friend and am now hooked. On line ordering is a breeze. Much better than coffee anytime.

I love their milk tea! Taro milk tea with milk cap is my favorite drink. Winter melon tea+ milk cap is also a good choice.
I can feel they are using real tea- I find it hard to fall sleep after having their tea lol
Only problem is their mystery business hour. I am really really confused. I found their store closed during normal hours for more than 3 times already. Sometimes I already placed order in mobile apps and have to ask for refund :(

I visited twice in one day and was very pleased with both teas I got. Needles to say I will be back, maybe with my family to play some of the fun games that are there for good times.

Giving a 2 star for tasty drink, but the service is terrible. Have been several times around 8p and they say there is no boba or that they can’t make anymore drinks. I’ve seen them turn away around 10 people at once like 30 min before closing.
