Beanstalk Coffee and Sno

Wow. So much fun. So much to photograph. Come here to take pictures first than enjoy a cold brew poured over a snowball. Rich and delicious. Happy First Year and to many more.

This was my first trying this place. Let me tell you it was the best shaved I have ever had! So soft and smooth. And they did not skimp on the flavoring. The ladies in there that I dealt with were sweet and fast. Will definitely be going back!

If you happen to be just south of NW 36th/Tecumseh, Norman, you HAVE to stop by. Coffee, Tea, snacks, & SNOWCONES! Drive thru is open y’all!

I ordered a Chai Tea Latte, and it was soooo much better than SBX (that is how closed by the way). Give these guys a hand and shopLOCAL. You won’t regret it! Plus, you can even get sno coffee!

I love this place…. But the tan, shorter guy with short spiky black hair is rude. Every time I come and see him it ruins my day because he is rude (no smile, seems irritated every single time I see him) while I am trying to be so nice to him. It really makes me not want to come at all. When you see someone who acts like they are irritated about helping you or just being there it makes guest feel unwelcome.

I want to start out by saying I am huge on customer service and currently work in the service industry but I have never experienced anything like this. I have been going to bean stalk for 2 years now and love their coffee and snow cones. However, I have had a few not so great experiences over the last two years but I let it pass because no ones perfect and most of the time my experience is good! Today however, my boyfriend and I drove through to get a large iced latte with half oat milk but in a medium cup BECAUSE the last time he asked for a medium drink the same way there was a little extra space in the top (obviously because he asked for half the oat milk FOR ME). So, after the lady in the drive through told him he couldn’t have a large drink in a medium cup that he is PAYING FOR, she basically offered no solution so we left with no coffee and he left a review. We are not the couple to leave reviews, but he was pretty frustrated. Immediately after he leaves the review the owner of the business calls and again offers no solution and basically tries to explain why our experience is invalid because they tell their employees that all drinks have to go in the size cup of the drink they order. So, basically they don’t allow adequate customer service and we just don't agree with that. After her not listening to basically anything he is trying to say, he hangs up. Immediately after that THE HUSBAND CALLS!!!! Literally harasses my boyfriend and brings up HIS PLACE OF WORK!!! Never once did my boyfriend say where he works so how did they know that and why would they think it was appropriate or professional to bring that up? Very disappointed to say the least. If they would have called and offered a solution to our problem or at least tried to understand our frustration, we would have definitely been open to listening and moved on. This is absolutely crazy and unprofessional.

This is one of the best coffee shops in Norman! Not only do they serve great coffee and have super friendly staff, but they have a drive-thru which makes it so easy to stop here. I do enjoy being inside though, the atmosphere is usually very quiet and perfect for worker study. The owners of the shop are amazing and all of the baristas and other staff are super helpful. If you haven't visited Beanstalk yet, head over there right away! I promise you'll enjoy one of their latest seasonal flavored lattes or tasty baked items... My favorite are the flavored mini donuts!

Beanstalk is my go-to coffee shop when I'm in Norman. On hot days they serve up the best Sno-Cones in OK, on cold days their coffee is on point. All with friendly workers and awesome owners.

Well, I’m here. And according to their Google listing they are dog friendly… I have to take my dog to get her hair cut at 10, so I brought her with me. I walked in, put my stuff down on the table in the back, and went to order my coffee where they told me I couldn’t have her inside! They suggested I could sit at the table outside… where it’s full sun and already over 80 degrees! No thank you! So we are chilling in my car. Not happy about it!

Don’t claim to be dog friendly if you really aren’t. Suggesting that I could take my dog to the table outside in the dead of summer doesn’t qualify as dog friendly. It just means you have a table outside. 😡

Me and my daughter come to beanstalk at least 4 times a week and we absolutely love it! We play games and just have a relaxing but fun time, we choose the Eastside bc the employees are just amazing but when the owner (JENNII) walks in and I ask her a simple question and she is absolutely RUDE IT MAKES ME NOT WANT TO COME BACK IN!! I was interested in a hoodie they were selling I asked her if she made them and her response to me was "well this is MY coffee shop, no I don't make them" OKAY THANKS I WILL PASS ON THE HOODIE AND THE ATTITUDE!!!

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff were friendly and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. My Mom and sister both really enjoyed themselves and the snowcones were great!
