Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Ordered through the drive thru and the server was absolutely the rudest person I've ever ordered from. Told us to order when ready then we started ordering she rudely told us to wait. Order grilled bbq chicken, it came up as crispy. Got to the window and got food, asked for ketchup and she basically shoved it thru the window . No smile, no have a good day or anything nice.

There single serve ice cream is cheap and you get like a double scoop anyways definitely worth the time and money to stop here clean eating environment as well and very friendly employees

My family is a huge fan of Braums shakes!. My kids love a chocolate shake from here. Usually stop in 2-3 times during my rotation home for chocolate shakes. They do have tasty burgers tho also!! All around good place.

It was clean first time ever been there didn't think much of their ice cream expected something better more flavorful more creamy it wasn't bad it just wasn't more than average

Normally don't expect much out of chain restaurants but after visiting this particular one I had to write. After ordering our food we looked for a table. There were only a handful of patrons at this time so finding space was easy, however finding a clean table was not gonna happen. EVERY available table was littered with trash or otherwise in desperate need of a wipe down which I finally did myself. Then the food arrived ( I had the aloha burger) and there was nothing good about it. The salad my mother had was very much below average and had withered greens. On a positive note, the shake I had was good. It was apparent that no one there really cared or tried IMO.

Stood in the ice cream line and was never waited on. Customers came in after me were able to order food and ice cream in the other line. So, I walked out of the store and will never go back. I sure wanted some chocolate frozen yogurt but oh well. I will plan to spend my money someplace else.

They were some what disorganized. Lots of help but no leader. The place was in disrepair and not very clean. I had plenty of time to look around me since they misplaced my food. The food was ok after we got it but I usually like my fries warm.

Ice cream was good but tasted as though it had thawed and been refrozen.

Four teens over the age of 15 and bottomless bellies it's always good to have the 5 for 5 burger deal! We ate two burgers each and drinks all still for under 25 bucks! Needless to say it was still a good meal to fuel a long day of back to school shopping.
