Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

These people are very helpful and they actually bother to make a decent meal. I dont appreciate the overflowing milk shakes but I'll always get them. Who doesn't love an amazing milkshake? So good it's almost addictive.

Love the ice cream whenever we are in the Texas/ Oklahoma.

This is possibly one of the two worst Braum's I've ever eaten at. The staff was great, friendly. We were well taken care of. We chose to eat in, but every table was filthy. So we took it to go. Back in the hotel, my wife's order was messed up. She clearly said no cheese. It had cheese, but because it was so cold, she easily removed it. (Our hotel is behind the Braum's, it's not that the food had a chance to cool!) My burger was also cold. Barely could eat it. This location, either needs new management, or needs to close.

Good food and reasonably priced the staff at this location was a little young and inexperienced and the construction around their building due to the highway being redone made it difficult to get in but once there I enjoyed it.

Food was fresh and correct but cleanliness should be focused on especially in the men's room.

The selection of ice cream is really great. They have a fast drive thru as well. When you go into the store they have awesome food and very neat and clean. It is very well taken care of. This is where I buy my milk and ice cream over anywhere else.

The lady at the drive through window was super rude, I thought it was a family friendly establishment, not a rude, non-smiling doesn't know what customer service means establishment. WILL NOT COME HERE TO EAT AGAIN! They need to get with Chick-fil-A and take lessons from them. Oh yeah get some bag-o-fries for us fat peeps

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff did not all wear their masks for COVID-19 protection. I watched one employee wearing his mask on his chin as he walked in the kitchen. The employee who took my order did not give me correct information about sauces, telling me they were available where the ketchup was but it really was behind the counter. The Dr. Pepper dispenser did not work. Three food was mediocre. Many people in the store were maskless when they entered. No one asked them to put on a mask.

Went through the drive thru and the lady handed my husband a large chocolate shake that was clearly overflowing. Half of it ended up on him. The fries were cold and over salted. They were barely edible. My hamburger packaging was split and the juice leaked all into the bag and the burger itself was clearly crammed into the bag. My daughters chicken tenders were so dry and overcooked that she couldn't even take a bite out of it. The Braums on Carl Albert is much better and will be having our service from now on.
