Katy's Pantry

Took over 1 hour for our food which was 2 salads and a half sandwich, standing in line was nearly 20 mins. Three people in front of us and then the 2 people behind us got their food first. When I went to check on our order, the receipt had been lost. As I'm replacing our order again, the receipt has been found. The food comes to our table about 15 mins later and it's not what we ordered. My friend ate his salad but I took mine back. When I got my order back, it still wasn't correct. No apologies but instead a full sandwich was given to me instead of the half I ordered. The lady taking my order was very friendly but she was also having to step away from the register to help train. I will say my salad was okay, it would had been better if my salad wasn't hot- I didnt order any thing hot for my toppings. I paid $25 for this hot mess. May I add, i was asked if I wanted a refund or my food when I went to check on our food. I should have chosen the refund but we were just so hungry. Had I known everything I know now, I would have chosen a different place to eat.

I’ve been going to Katy’a Pantry since I was little and it was located in Oakwood Mall. Moving out of that mall was the best thing they ever did. The new location is stunning and the food has never failed to disappoint. I come by anytime I am in town visiting family. Make sure and try their cookies or chicken tetrazzini, although you can’t go wrong with whatever you order.

I love this place for their quiches, casseroles, and homemade pantry bread! So easy to just order a pan of pasta ahead of time and swing by on my way home from work and have a good, wholesome dinner already be ready-made for my family! You’ve got a regular customer in me! 😊

Love it here but disappointed that I Google you guys and it says you are open Sunday and you aren't so that needs to be updated on there. I never knew you guys to be open on Sunday but figured I would check and was excited because it said you were then drove there and you weren't. I haven't been here for a long time and was wanting it for my birthday celebration.

Excellent food and service and the facility was very clean.

Lovely gem in Enid! Serves typical cafe food with soups, salads, sandwiches, and casserole. I always leave with a pastry as well. Best bistro food you can find here.

Three of us went in. Two adults and a child. I ordered the Rubin sandwich. All was good with the Rubin.

I ordered my two year old granddaughter a kids ham and Swiss. They brought a regular adult full size sandwich with lettuce & tomato. None of the kid sides arrived.

My wife ordered the garden salad. She told them she had a gluten allergy. They had no idea what that meant. She found out there was no dressing they could identify without wheat.

She ordered it with lemon. She told them no croutons. Well, they left the croutons off but put a big slab of bread on the salad.

To add insult to injury several of the items off the salad were missing.

We left Katy’s to get her something to eat.

Very disappointing. Got here at 11:20 for lunch. No real wait to order. Maybe 2 or 3 min. But that is where the speed stopped. It took 45 min in a nearly empty resturant to get my French Dip Panini. That was all I had. People behind us ate and left before I got my food. I was late getting back to work. Souch for first impressions. Not sure I will bring friends and family back after this horrible first experience. I would hate to see them busy.

The food was good, wait was not too bad. Unfortunately, service was not great. One lady was very rude when I ordered. Gave me a look like I was either bothering her or I was dumb. I will give it another try and hope it was just a bad day for her.

Update: My daughter went in and came out saying that they were rude.she wasn’t even with me the first time I went.

Love their baked goods. They use almond extract and it gives a different flavor to their cookies which I like. The portions are a good size. I tried to visit whenever I travel through Enid.
