Katy's Pantry

Service here was spectacular. We came to celebrate the life of my grandpa. We had a large group, loud rambunctious kiddos, and we were hungry. they did a fabulous job of accommodating us. My grandma and the rest of our family were very thankful to have the backroom and a little more privacy. We had extra food that they packed up nicely and sent with us. Thank you!

I've visited Katy's Pantry SIX times now hoping for better service and/or better food. The wait times are horrible. Service is spotty on their BEST days and absolutely horrible on their "normal" days.The person taking my order gave me a look of impatience and a rudely stated "that's IT?" when i requested simply a sandwich and a drink to go. The food was best the first time I visited and has gone downhill from there. My last order was extremely UNDERCOOKED chicken (it was bloody inside). Sorry, but I won't ever eat anywhere that doesn't care if it poisons their customers.

Per other posts it seemed to take a long time even though it was past lunch rush and not crowded at all. Wife's turkey club was good. I ordered a Reuben with dressing on the side. it came with dressing added but at least it wasn't over done. Could have used more corned beef also. We both got home fries. Big portion. Could have shared one. Fries nice and browned but limp. Dessert was okay. Not great.

Excellent food and service. The potato soup was amazing! The french silk pie was delicious.

Lived in Enid a few years and absolutely fell in love with Katy's. Great staff and Fantastic food!! The cookies were cute and delicious and the house bread is to die for! Highly highly recommend!

The pumpkin bars are delicious. Very moist and the cream cheese icing pairs perfectly. Enjoying early fall flavors in the heat of July. Katy’s Pantry is a must for all the sweets you need. Pricing is very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of my all time favorite bakeries. Amazing fresh home made breads, cakes, cookies, quiche, lemon bars, and brownies with an extensive range of flavors. You can also order many kinds of cakes from them for events. The food is absolutely delicious. I haven't tried anything I haven't liked yet and the owner Katy is a wonderful lady.

We have been going to Katy's Pantry for over 30 years. This has always been one of my 30 year old daughter's favorite places to have lunch. Today was the last time we will go there. The last few times the service has been really dropping off. The food is quite pricey and not the quality it used to be. We waited for 35 minutes for our to go order. I noticed an order sitting waiting on the counter about 15 to 20 minutes before they called my name. When they finally bagged it and called my name, they didn't even apologize for making us wait. Very sad, but this marks the end of a 30 year tradition for us. Just not the same Katy's Pantry...

Not impressed had ordered cookies last week to pick up before Valentines Day. They couldnt find my order I waited a good 10 minutes before they finally decided to give me the cookies I had bought last week. Probably wont be back even though the cookies are good. Not going to chance them wanting me to pay twice for my order again. If you order from this place dont lose your recipt.

Very disappointed today in the food. I live out of town and was in Enid today so suggested to the friend who went with me, we go to Katys as it has always been my favorite. I also suggested my favoriite menu item, Chicken Tetrezinni. It was extremely dry, totally tasteless, very few ingredients in it, other than noodles, tiny little partially filled bowl. Salt and pepper did not help the taste. The salad was also tasteless & not near the quality of food it has been for the 30 years I’ve been going to Katys. The cookies were ok, but a very thick/doughy cookie, unlike the “originals” i have enjoyed thru out the years. Im not sure what has happened, but it was a major disappointment. I think for almost $15.00 it was completely unacceptable. The only reason it rec’d even a 2 was because the service was just “ok.” Had the food been good as it has in the past, I wouldn’t have cared about the service that much. Hope they get back to the same excellent quality restaurant it has been in the past. We were there between 12:30 & 1:00.
