We just Wales in’s not a soul in the restaurant. It’s was 4:37 pm when we got there. They said we couldn’t be seated without reservations due to holiday Day! (New Years Eve). Somehow I don’t think people will be coming in by the time we would have left. Hmm🤔. Disappointed.

This is our 2nd time visiting this establishment.

Cafe 501 never disappoints. It might not be the most “hip” restaurant in the endless stream of places to eat in the new “grentrified” areas but if you go to dinner here there will be no wait and the food is phenomenal. Lunch here is it’s most popular time and it’s a no brainer. It’s my go to...

Done with Cafe 501 and all of the Holloway Concepts. Rude staff that can't ever get an order right and it's really bad customer service when the Chef comes out from behind the kitchen to accuse you ordering wrong. Servers fault...not the customer. I'm sure this won't get responded to from any of the managers or owners as none of my other reviews have been responded to either. So I just have to continue I share my bad experiences with this place.

Visited Cafe 501 with friends on New Years eve. As always the food and service were exceptional. Two of us had the salmon which was outstanding!

Very poor customer service. Employees substitute menu items when they run out and explain that you should have known they ran out after you receive what you ordered. Obviously, the customer should have known better and is wrong.

Enjoyed the food and the environment. We were free to sit for two hours while chatting and eating.

With our group of 15, my order was the one one that got "lost". It came about 5 minutes after the rest of the table. Great food! Very good!
