Bagelarium & STG Gelateria Broken Arrow

This was my first time going to this particular location and long story short, I will not be returning. I ordered a couple sandwiches an a medium gelato. The lady who was helping me was very kind and courteous. However, the gelato tasted old and freezer burnt. I had tried the same flavor (red velvet cake) at the cherry street location and it was rich, creamy, and of proper gelato consistency. The Broken Arrow location was nowhere near as good. When I got home to eat my sandwich, it looked like the bacon hadn't been cooked all the way through. I was hungry though and didn't want to waste money, so I ate it. About 30-45 minutes later, I had gnarly diarrhea. This was the only thing I ate that day and after I did my business, I felt much better. Save your money and don't go to this location!!

Great price! The people saying this is “pricey” don’t know what gelato costs from somewhere that makes their own and makes it as well as they do. It’s a great value and the ability to sample everything plus the great scenery downtown makes this an even better deal. The staff is always great and worth tipping. 10/10 from me. Beautiful setup and excellent selection.

Great place to find a cold delicacy on a hot day and a yummy treat on other days! So many flavor choices.

The cups may look small but the amount of ice cream they put in them is ALOT. My husband and I always get the Large size (3 flavors) and split it for only $6.50. It’s the perfect amount!

Lots of flavor choices, unique, and local! Our favorites are Cannoli, Cookie Crunch, and Pistachio Caramel.

The ladies working when we arrived were friendly and our bagels and gellato were delicious.

Great little spot to pick up some amazing Gelato! We had the peanut butter chocolate and the rum cake! Amazing!

Limoncello gelato is to die for!! Very tart lemon, and so smooth. And the staff was so kind and helpful. Went to celebrate birthdays with a friend, and the young lady working offered to take our photo. Will definitely be going back!

Great service and wonderful samples...they were all good. Finally decided on birthday cake gelato. Looking forward to a return trip 🙂.

This place offers an amazing product. Their bagles are second to none; easily the best in Oklahoma, and their Gelato is fantastic! They make excellent coffee too, by the way- all for a very reasonable price!

It pains me to see that this place isn't as busy as it should be, particularly in the mornings, when the bagles are fresh- but I think that this has a lot to do with marketing...

If may offer one suggestion to the owners- it would be this:

I've traveled all over the country. Few places have bagle places that are actually good- but you guys do sell a great product; your bagles are fantastic!

The best bagle place that I've ever been too, however, was very different from yours; not in quality or service, but in menu items. Are you a bagle company, or are you a Gelato company?

You have a pizza bagle on your menu, but it never seems available. You have multiple cream cheeses- but nothing super unique.

I highly reccomend that you check out the Bagle Nook- they are doing something super unique, and it's bringing them a lot of business. Fortunately, there is nothing like that here- and you guys have everything you need already to create a place like that; a place that is always busy. Check our their unique bagels, and bagle overloads, which I think you should consider incorporating into your business.

There are a lot people in the Rose district in the mornings- and I truly believe that you can capture their business during breakfast hours, if you just change you menu items around a little bit.

Again- that's all just a friendly suggestion- take a look at The Bagle Nook; see what makes them so successful.
Regardless of whether you take my suggestion, I will still be a loyal customer, because I love your product! I just want to see it grow! You're doing a great job!

Amazing! This was my first visit and I brought my cousin who was visiting from Phoenix. I think she may move to Broken Arrow just for the Main St and all the great shops! I can't wait to come back at try all the yummy flavors 😋
