Bagelarium & STG Gelateria Broken Arrow

I recommend that place to anyone! The service, gelato and food are wonderful!! My family is from Italy, and the cannolis they make are on point!

I've ordered here twice through DoorDash. The first order was perfect (Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich and a Mocha). Very yummy. The second order needed some work so I contacted management, and Rebecca quickly got back to me. She made things right the same day and was very courteous while doing so. So, I'm giving them 5 stars for the perfect first order, and for their timely response to the second less than perfect order.

There was a slight mix-up in my order—they were out of everything bagels. But they made it up to me. My plain bagel with lox was excellent. The bagel was the best I have had since moving to Tulsa and one of the best I have had in years. But for being out of everything bagels, this would be a five star review. It would also be nice if they did onion or poppy seed bagels, too!

Poor customer service. Cashier didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Never did she smile. I felt super uncomfortable for choosing this place for breakfast. I asked for no tomatoes on my bagel but received them anyway. Bagel was good after taking off the tomatoes but customer service is important to me. Won’t be back.

Gelato tastes old and isn't creamy in texture, almost feels freezer burnt. The sandwiches are okay, but nothing special. The person working there is really nice, though! Surprised the quality was this poor. I'll continue to go to the one on Cherry street! Best bagel sandwiches in town and you will never have these problems there. Save your money! Edit: This review was meant to be a 1 star but gave it a 2 by accident. Made sure to change it!

Had a bagel with bacon cream cheese and tomato. Great Gelato as well

We always enjoy our Gelato & the young man & young lady who are so friendly in serving us.
The Gelato selections are imaginative & very flavorful.
It is our "go-to" spot for light desserts in downtown BA.
Definitely recommend!

Great Gelato

I went for my first time near Valentines day and was very suprised! Seemed expensive for the size until they gave me the mountain of Gelato I received. Overflowing and oozing with flavor, if you get a medium here it's more like a large so order less then you think you want!

I got the super dark chocolate & my daughter got the Unicorn. Both were great!

Delicious, clean, friendly and they even have games to play with the family. Such a great little shop!
