Best ice cream in the area and old-fashioned milk like I used to get when I was a kid.

Just found out that they carry real half and half which they had not previously had on the shelves last time we were there. Their own cheese and butter too which seems to be new.

Hartzler's is our favorite ice cream place. It is always immaculate inside and out. The kids love the playground as much as they love the ice cream. The custard is my favorite. Don't forget their milk!!!

Delicious everyone loves ice cream. But some ice cream stands above others and this scoop of old fashion magic is surely not being the one trampled under foot. My only complaint is I hate to wait and if your experience was like mine you'll probably be waiting in a decent size line, but you'll understand once it's in your hand

Love the ice cream here! They also have a play area for the kids with some swings and slides; picnic tables beside thank and an outdoor seating area closer to the store.

Friendly staff, serving high-quality ice cream, without premium prices (or pretense). The ice cream itself was flavorful and creamy-not dulled by too much butterfat, or overpowered by too much sugar. My lone quibble is with the artificial whipped cream from a can; I was hoping for the real stuff from a dairy! $4.25 for a junior banana split, on a recent visit.
